had a great time and enjoyed the sunrise view, food at vella great and breakfast was good also but not worth the 150 per person food package, i think paying 75 us to enjoy the endless pool is not kool with empty hotel ,they had about 150 guest max.. atv ,and boat tours are a scam .. just go to place and get better deals than hotel
This resort was absolutely beautiful. The hotel was super clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The ocean view from my room was post card perfect. The resturants were a little pricey. But the food and services are worth it.. I will definitely stay again!!! They also COVID test on-site. So no need to search . The cost is $30 per person. Results are given in 10-15 min
Hotel charged me for breakfast when we had paid for the “all inclusive” feature. “Lizabeth” at the front desk was rude and less than helpful. Luckily the concierge helped us forgive this out. Overall great trip. Just a bad end to a great vacation. Great resort! Great service overall! Just not from Lizabeth at the front desk.
I had never been to Cabo before but I heard great things. I was a little nervous to schedule my first Hilton Grand Vacations booking to visit this location. So one of my coworkers decided to come with me and it was a blast. We signed up for the all inclusive meal plan. The drinks were amazing. When you first check in they are so delightful and they offer you a welcome hibiscus margarita. I must have had 25 of those things during our visit. The room was beautiful and had the most beautiful ocean view and pool view. The property was clean and the service was beyond excellent. I really have no complaints. The food was some of the most amazing food that I’ve ever had on a vacation. I didn’t even get a chance to try all of the things that I wanted to try the different restaurants because we were only there for four days. The spa was also amazing. The staff was wonderful and the massage was so good. I would definitely return to the spa. I really loved the pools. They were just the right temperature to lounge in and sit by the pool. We also did the Jacuzzi and it was great. I just really loved this resort and I plan on returning as much as I can. Next time I will bring my son so that he can enjoy the hotel!…
Overall great experience. The property was so first class. The views were spectacular. The food was amazing. Carlos at the Trevera restaurant was amazing. The entire staff was amazingly and genuinely friendly and so helpful. We can’t wait to come back! The food at the Uvela was superb. 5 stars all the way around!
Beautiful setting - spectacular views. Absolute 1st class service by all staff members, making us feel extra special. Great restaurants with a nice variety. Special mention to the Vela on site - top notch all the way and wonderful food.
Beautiful, luxury resort. Beginning with checkin-in, the serving staff, beach staff, groundskeepers, etc. were very friendly and accommodating. This is one of the few resorts that has a swimmable beach which is why we chose to go to this property and the beach did not disappoint. However, you still need to be careful and know your limits. Food at Vela (thank you Gregory and Guillermo) and other on-site restaurants was superb. Even after reading the reviews I was still a bit taken aback by the prices for food and drink. That being said, I would definitely return. Note - there is no public laundry available on-site (laundry service only).
Great property and welcoming staff. It is refreshing to see staff that actually smile and seem to really their jobs. There were many choices of bars and places to eat. All of the food was very good. It ended up being a bit more expensive than planned.
This was one of the worst check in experiences I have ever been through. Somehow the reservation was cancelled (which they say was in a way that isn’t even possible to cancel it) and that is another situation but not a single person even acknowledged the fact that we were stuck in the lobby for 3 hours sorting through it. There was only one person (Alfonso) who even apologized that we were dealing with this. He was wonderful. We will also be cancelling our hilton credit cards after this miserable experience. W
I booked this hotel based on the other glowing reviews. What a beautiful view! A swimmable beach! Positive review stops there. I will quote Jesus at the front desk, who said, "we are not required to tell guests when we have an event, that's how we make our money." Only this was no event. This was a takeover. My husband and thought we were walking into a romantic couples vacation. We ended up walking into a massive HERBALIFE convention. The MLM company. Yeah. They bought out the entire property. Hundreds of them invaded every corner of every pool, instagramming themselves and partying with a loud latin rock band posted up outside our window. They even bought out the restaurants. I had to get out of there. How is the world is someone supposed to have a romantic vacation under these circumstances? The staff had no empathy. This Jesus guy, who looked like a child, made us feel like our concerns weren't valid and denied our request for a refund given we booked through a third party. I asked to speak with Alfredo, who often responds here. He never called. DO BETTER HILTON! It is unethical not to tell customers in advance about buyouts that will effect their experience. We ended up moving to a wonderful hotel nearby that was perfect for us. Don't take your chances. Stay somewhere else.…
