Very reasonable price. Employees are very friendly and helpful. the balcony is facing the main street but at night dies down and is very quiet. Double sliding door on balcony helps to minimize noise from outside. Yes, breakfast is very basic, but at least there's an option to start the morning.ill will stay here again
Poor breakfast, dirty rooms, bad clean process,my experience was very uncorfortable durin 2 weeks stay, is not clear who is responsable of the hotel. Is a Real problem for disability People get in to te hotel.
I had a brand new iPhone (had not been used or activated) stolen from my room that was hidden in a closet out of view. It was over a weekend so I was told I had to wait till Monday so the manager could review the security tapes. I waited and mysteriously the "cameras were not working that day." Management refused to talk to me directly. Avoid this hotel at all costs . No accountability and there is a thief working there. Your belongings cannot be trusted with them.
This room was very reasonable and clean. My only complaint was it was very small. Only one person at a time in the bathroom and my husband had to be on the bed in order for me to get into the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable
Great for a few days not more, the room was great, a lot of place and plugs for recharging, take the standard suite, a nice swimming place too. The breakfast was a real Mexican desayuno, bean, meat, egg and toast with only strawberries jam, bring your peanut butter. The cleanness of this place is great everywhere everyday super clean. The people are smiling and a well guard place. The only downsize is to be in front of a busy street.
Good location near small shopping district, clean, functional and air condition rooms, great breakfast with scrambled eggs and local food, pool and friendly staff. Moderate prices. If you do not care about supper luxury this is a very good place to stay. Location makes it good for exploring on your own.
Just came back from my trip to Cabo and I really liked this place. It was a bit off that the hotel was situated above several shops with a small parking lot but when you go inside, it’s not too bad. There are no elevators and there are no ground floor rooms so keep that in mind if you have trouble using stairs. We got a suite that got 6 people. There were two separate bedrooms upstairs, a couch and a Murphy bed downstairs in the living room, 2.5 bathrooms, and a kitchen with plates, cutlery, and pans. There is also a fridge, toaster, and microwave. I think there was also a blender! Both floors have balconies that overlook highway 1. There is breakfast every morning if you decide to include breakfast in your reservation - quite small and nearly the same every day but still good. The ladies working breakfast are so sweet and helpful! There is central AC downstairs and individual units in the upstair rooms. There is also free WiFi. We rented a car so it took us maybe 15-20 minutes to get to Cabo San Lucas without traffic and 35 with (because road construction). There are beaches nearby but not really walking distance. I liked this place but it needs and update. …
I agree with many of the past comments. The staff are excellent. Room good size and clean. They put us next to kitchen. Do not accept room 223. You hear them from 6 am to at least 2 pm cooking and cleaning. You can't sleep in and you don't get a nap. I am sure other rooms are better. Not sure where the beach is that is 5 minutes away. Bus stop is in front so you can ride it down but it is more like 15 or 20 minutes ride. There is a very busy hwy in front and almost everything you want is across the street. If you can walk and want to walk you will find good places to eat. Downtown San Jose is the place for shops and that is a good 20 to 30 minute walk less if you power walk. For the price you get a good deal. We liked the mexican flavour of the hotel and especially the people. I would have given a for star if I wasn't put beside the kitchen.…
We stayed here for two nights. I must say that I expected more from the hotel, specially from the room. After the check in, the bell boy lead us to the farthest corner of the second floor, where our room was the second to last room on the hall. It was a little annoying for my mom and for me too. The room was ok, although a little bit bigger would have been better. The shower was good, also the bed. We requested an extra blanket because the first night was a little chilly in the room and the blankets in the bed were so thin. There was air conditioning available, but we didn't use it . The bathroom had an air extractor but was too loud for us. In our reservation, the breakfast was included. It was a nice breakfast, with alternatives for a light and a little stronger meal. Also, the pool looked good, but when we tried to take a swim, it was nearly impossible, as it was just soo cold, at least for me. Other than that, the hotel is well located, close to a Walmart and other stores. Also, San José del Cabo Downtown is really close, we went by car because it was at night, but I'm sure you can also reach it by foot.…
Stayed here for a few days & I really liked it,the people were friendly, the rooms were nice & I was at the back of the building so very quiet. The beds are very comfortable too! The breakfast was very enjoyable & the girls so friendly.I am so happy that I speak a little Spanish as not many workers at this hotel do.Its across the street from Burger King,Wal Mart & Waldos on the main highway.....so close to a lot of things. If you are looking for a nice clean place to stay reasonably priced..........try it.
