My wife and I enjoyed our second visit to LeBlanc Cabo last month. Top notch hospitality, service, food and amenities. We enjoyed it just as much as we enjoyed our honeymoon stay in 2022. The staff is incredible through and through, whether it was our Butlers (Romeo and Brandon), the bellman, poolside side (Luis, Edna and Auriello), and the servers at the restaurants (special shoutout here to Hector at Yama and Luis at Habibi). We’ll be back LeBlanc, thank you again for another fantastic stay.

Hotel's Favourite
We had an amazing week. Our friends said it was the most perfect vacation they have ever had. They want to book next year again. Fabián our DC and Giovanni our Butler were awesome. They took care of our every need. Our maid Beatriz took very good care of the rooms. Chef Rubén, Chef Frank and Chef Juan prepared wonderful meals for us at the house as well as the yacht. Jonathan did our wine and tequila tasting and was knowledgeable, and wonderful to be with. All in all all the staff was great and always had a smile on their faces when they created you. Massages and all Spa services were fantastic. It was a very relaxing vacation. Amenities were on par and we look forward to many more visits.

Amazing experience at International restaurant. The wait staff- Carlos, Milton y Fernanda were excellent. Great service!!!! The wine never stopped—attentiveness to our empty glasses was unmatched. Food was delicious and very attentive staff! Wine, steak, dessert—all good!

Mexico can be a wonderful place to visit, but some places you go, there's some kind of hustle going on - you have to keep your guard up. However, after paying north of a thousand dollars a day, that absolutely should NOT be part of the experience. One shouldn't get barraged with a sleazy timeshare sales pitch upon checking in. It is tacky, and ruined our mood on the first day of what should have been a memorable vacation. To make matters worse on check-in day, they delivered someone else's bags to our room, and took some time to find ours. Service was generally good, but sometimes lacking. Room service was so slow that it was easier to go get takeout from one of the restaurants. The final insult was that the $500 "credit" given upon booking turned out to be a scam as well - it can only cover half of spa treatments, and can't be used at the boutique, except for a single shelf of tacky crap. Upon checking out, you guessed it - another sales pitch. This time for some certificate. As if I'm going to fall for this scam again. And the final insult, here comes the check-out bill, and they've taken the liberty to include a "donation" to their pet charity. When asked about it, they said they could remove it. Darn right - if the charity is run with the same level of integrity as the rest of the front desk, they're likely skimming every nickel of it.

Had an all around amazing experience but wanted to write a review specifically for a few standout employees. The first is Angel at the pool. Over 3 days we had outstanding service from Angel and his partners. We never had to look for him; he was always popping up asking if we needed anything and many times he brought the next round of drinks without asking. When we moved areas, he'd surprise us by showing up at the hot tub, or wherever else we wandered. He was fun to interact with, and we were sad to say goodbye to Angel on our last day. The next employee is Pedro is Yama Restaurant. From the moment he greeted us with "Welcome to the best restaurant on the resort" we knew we were in for a special experience. He was so proud the the food, and we loved how he insisted on ordering our appetizers so that he could provide a wide-range of tastes of their finest food. A+ experience with him. The third we wanted to recognize is Manny, who runs pool activities and some of the entertainment at the Stage Bar. We talked with him a lot on our trip and again, were sad to say goodbye. Thank you so much for an unforgetable stay; we'll see you next year!

My experience at Le Blanc was great especially dinner at Blanc International. Indalecio, Carlos and Miguel were absolutely delightful and made our experience that much better. We ate here twice for dinner because it was that good. I highly recommend this resort if you love quality food and service.

Absolutely over the top! Just spent a week at The Residence at Leblanc Los Cabos, with our friends Tom And Val. Please read their review, as I really can’t add much to that! Our butler Gio was just phenomenal. Whatever you wanted, if you mentioned it to Gio, it was taken care of! He’s also an excellent bar tender! The whale-watching cruise was both exciting and relaxing. The chef and his crew from Leblanc kept us supplied with appetizers, finishing with a delicious surf and turf dinner. The Residence is huge, with plenty of comfortable seating both inside and out. There is a billiard table upstairs in a mezzanine area. A huge kitchen and dining area can seat about 16. There is also a small gym with high-quality, well-maintained equipment. (I had to go in there a few times to try and burn off some calories! ) There is also a theater room, where some of us gathered to watch the end of the Super Bowl, after spending the afternoon at the pool where they had live music pregame, and showed the game on a huge screen by the pool. An all-day buffet was maintained by the pool, also. We were served two dinners prepared in-Residence by chef Moises and his crew. Everything was excellent! I only wished I could have eaten more! The housekeeping staff provided a thorough cleaning of the Residence every morning, paying attention to the smallest details! On our second day, I noticed a note on the bed table, that said “I noticed that you wear glasses, so here is a lens wipe for you to use.” How thoughtful! I also want to mention our Concierge Leo, who visited every day to make sure everything was going well, and Claudia, the Concierge manager, who also was very helpful. We have been Palace members for 20 years, but I have never experienced the level of service and caring that we received this week! We look forward to our next visit to Leblanc Los Cabos!

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It is a beautiful and well maintained property. The hotel design takes full advantage of the beautiful ocean view. We had a great check-in with Christopher. Our butlers, Valentin and Omar, were excellent and helped book reservations and always friendly and smiling. Azucena was an excellent housekeeper. Turndown service was very nice. Nice special events during the week. Good breakfast service at the International buffet - allergy-friendly, great service from Milton, Sara, Victor, chef Miriam, Edson and Carlos. Excellent food and service at the Ocean restaurant for all meals. Thanks to Edgar, Cruz and manager Ivan at breakfast. Really enjoyed Habbi for breakfast and dinner. At breakfast, our server Ana was excellent. Jorge from customer service was excellent at addressing my concern about lack of assistance at the beach. We really enjoyed the day and evening live music. The fire lounge is a great spot. I really liked the mix of cozy patio furniture. We enjoyed the spa and Esmeralda was an excellent and friendly spa attendant. Very good pedicure by Angeleas. At the beach, Alberto was an excellent server. We really enjoyed watching the whales all day. We easily spotted them throughout the day from our room and the beach. Room for improvement - it took multiple requests to have our mini-bar filled. It was difficult to get service on the beach from the people that are supposed to bring towels and water bottles/ice bucket. Limited selection of high-end tequilas [compared to Moon Palace The Grand]. During special events, eg. pizza night, staff were not able to accommodate a dairy allergy. At other resorts, staff offer to specially make something similar that is allergy friendly but that was not offered; I was just told I couldn't have anything. Dinner at the International restaurant was disappointing - service was slow, we were cold on the patio and not offered a heater, steak was not delicious, and the restaurant did not have mint tea and server did not offer to get it from the nearby cafe so had to get it independently. I was really disappointed to see beach vendors. None of the other hotels along this stretch had vendors. The vendors walked back and forth along the beach area of only this hotel and took breaks at the side of the property under sun umbrellas that were identical to the ones used by hotel guests. I also saw the beach vendors accessing the property along the side from the Ocean restaurant. The vendors detract from the beautiful view and calm atmosphere.

Best service and experience from an all-inclusive we’ve experienced. The butler service was impressive and took care of reservations and any needs. But what really sold us on this resort was the follow through from pool attendants all the way up to the hotel manager. Each and every employee made us feel welcome and part of their family. After giving feedback during our stay the hotel manager Jorge reached out directly to us to ensure we knew we were heard and provided us with such thoughtful service and even met with us in person at lunch and again at our departure. This resort truly cares for every one of their guests. Some additional thoughts: +the food is over the top good. Even the breakfast buffet was impressive and had wonderful service. They by far have the best food I’ve had at an all-inclusive. Yama was our favorite diner but we had a great experience at the Chefs Table dinner. + drinks at each restaurant are top shelf. + the best whale watching is done from their main infinity pool. Whales swim by all day and some pretty close to the shore. We went on the “luxury whale watching” tour which I wish we would have skipped. It was fun to be in a boat, but the bus to get there and the mass of tourists at the excursion center was less than luxurious. +the rooms are fantastic! They are super clean and smell incredible! We had our butler provide aroma therapy scents throughout our stay. It was so nice walking into the room each day.. it was a little slice of heaven. + We highly suggest the Tequila Tasting. So well done and full of very high end tequila and food pairings. We learned a ton about tasting tequila and had a blast in the process. We will definitely be back in the future. I think we found our favorite spot!

4th trip to Le Blanc, Cabo. My last review was really negative because of the “timeshare” presentation but we avoided it this time. Had a great time and per-booked for next year. Food was good for an all inclusive but difficult to get dining reservations despite lots of open tables…likely short staffed. Staff continues to exceed expectations; clean facilities and wonderful views, spa and hydrotherapy with cold plunge is amazing. In February the humpback whales put on a show that you can see from the pools and beach. Played golf at La Palmilla, Cabo Del Sol and Solmar this trip.
