We spent 5 days here for our 10 year anniversary, we thought this resort was very nice. We loved the staff- very friendly and accommodating, the food was good it's not a 5 star Vegas restaurant but hey for all you eat buffet and drinks and nice dinner restaurant it was nice. Pros- the resort really has it all, don't...

I have been following the reviews here for six months and i almost changed hotels from the rubbish people here were posting. I'm so glad i didnt change as this place is beyond beautiful, its amazing! The food is more than just good, its presentation is first class and fresh. The staff are friendly, and helpful and ive never seen...

room was better than average. If you are somewhat handicapped book your room on the ground floor as not all bldgs. have elevators. Food was good but not outstanding at the buffets. If you like to party, this is definitely your place to be.

This resort is huge. You need to plan accordingly. Building 7 is the best building to book but it is in the back of the property. The front desk staff needs work. The water is not potable so you need bottles replenished daily in your mini fridge. When we didn't receive any for the day (full disclosure, it was the...

Just attended a wedding here. Bride and groom were served last at dinner. No upgraded suite for them. Wedding coordinator removed wristbands of wedding party for photos then reception made them pay for new ones!!!!! Food is mediocre. Service staff is super friendly and accommodating but management will scam you at every corner. Also, you can't even go into the...

Everything was good, the staff were excellent! They have a very nice setup with the courtyard/theatre/restaurants. You can party in the front pools or relax in the back. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everyone should know what to expect before you get there and when to avoid the spring break party crowds. No reason to complain when you...

For those of you who want to drink till you pass out or want to hear people partying at all hours of the night then this is the resort for you! Otherwise, don't come here. The most bizarre resort we have ever been to. Workers nice, food ok, but the guests this resort attracts does not make for a relaxing...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, it was clean and fun for a while, but the food was average at best. Also best to stick to cocktails and spirits for drinks. Noisy at night which was no fault of the hotel, mostly noisy guests. Would be a fun place to come with a group of friends, but to...

I traveled with a group of 8 adults to this destination. I was relieved we missed the college spring break crowd. I was also relieved that the resort wasn't as horrible as some of the reviews posted! We stayed in building 7 and my only complaint was the "king size bed" was two full-sizes pushed together. The large infinity pool...

we recently spent two weeks at Sante Fe. The first was at the end of March, and was a complete zoo with far too many drunk college spring breakers. Our second week was so much nicer. While the resort was still busy, it was much more enjoyable. We found the staff to be gracious; the grounds meticulous and overall, enjoyed...
