We are owners so knew what to expect upon arrival. Pools are great but the phase 1 pools are much warmer than those in phase 2 and phase 3. There are golf carts for transportation between the resort as it is not flat. Prior years it has been on demand when needed. Now there

Spent a month staying there. Our accommodations were always great. The furniture is in good taste along with the decor of all the rooms we had in the villa. They are expanding and adding more rooms and restaurants and even better, Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and if

This was my third time visiting here and I am always impressed with the service. Maribel was our housekeeper and she did a wonderful job. Everyday she took the time to make the beds with a new and fun design using the covers. Josue was our host, he was available, helped us

Just got home from our fourth trip to Cabo and the beautiful Hacienda Encantada, and we already have our next trip back to HE in the works. The property is spacious and immaculate and we have enjoyed watching the building progress over the past ten years. Our favorite thing

AVOID THIS RESORT What is going on at this amazing resort on the southern tip in Baja? Its immaculate grounds, spacious rooms, and breath taking views are being eclipsed by poor management and nefarious actives of its staff. This is our 4th stay at Hacienda, our 6th trip to

Sunset over lands end.
You get some amazing sunset views of the arch from HE.
Be sure to tip the pool staff in American cash or even pesos. They don’t get all of the tips if you put a tip on the bill. Not sure why. But I was told this both times by other property owners

How much is the all inclusive package per day?
I paid CAD147 pp per day when I went in Nov 2018. It was well worth it for us as we are foodies and the sashimi at El Patio was divine. The Italian restaurant Barolo was excellent too. Others were just average.

How much are cribs when booking all inclusive?
The Residences all have small pools and jacuzzis, plus a fire pit feature and outdoor grill. As far as we know, none of the suites in phases 1-3 do, but some have small jacuzzis. Re the “all inclusive” , we have not participated because we prefer enjoying the restaurants in Cabo and Jose del Cabo, from low key on up.... so enjoyable and you can do that on a budget very easily. Half the fun of being there! But either way, it’s a great place to be. Cheers
