This hotel is just a small gem in downtown los Cabos. It is beautiful authentic Mexican hotel. The most relaxing place around quiet, great service amazing decor. Couple blocks from the marina, staff super friendly. They have honor system tequila bar. Amazing, highly recommend it.

I would highly recommend this hotel it’s so cute and close walk to the marina/downtown area 2 blocks. The room was clean and service was good. It was very affordable and the waterfall inside was so nice to hear and wake up to.

We stayed here for 1 night before checking into a condo. I really wanted to rate this property higher, but the beds were hard, and there was somebody's old soap leftover in the shower. -Not horrible We liked the in-town location. You could safely walk just about anywhere, just beware of the wonky, sometimes very high, side- walks. I realize rain turns streets into raging rivers, so high is good. I liked the fact a key is used to get into the property. Once inside, you meet the owner and his family/ employees who are very kind and smile. The rooms are pretty in a colonial style way. The courtyard, though small, is so pretty with many flowering plants and fruit trees. There is also an outside eating/ hanging out covered area. They served us some wonderful coffee and sweet breads in the morning. This was complimentary! If you want a bigger breakfast, they have a limited menu. My sister and husband took advantage of this and enjoyed it. I think we'd stay here again...

We were intrigued by some of the reviews on this Inn so decided to pay a visit. The Inn is located a couple of blocks away from the marina in an urban area just 10 minutes walk to the Center. There are some lovely places to eat and drink within 5 minutes walk. The Inn is located behind locked gates so it feels very safe and secure. On arrival we were met by Miguel who does speak some English but we managed to to get through check in with our limited Spanish. Most of the other staff that we encountered were able to understand us.Miguel was accommodating and offered us a choice of the available rooms which are traditionally decorated and furnished. The facilities are adequate for this type of accommodation. Breakfast is basic and taken in a small court yard which is nicely shaded - nice coffee and OJ. Wi-fi was readily available and reasonably quick. Beds were comfy (we had good nights sleep) and showers hot and refreshing. If you are looking for a luxury inn you won’t want to come here - we came with an open mind and were very pleasantly surprised. Would come again if we come to CSL again. PS bring cash to pay Miguel 👍😉

So we went here as an end of summer trip and ended up paying much more than we bargained for. Our room was clean BUT had no hot water, undrinkable tap water, no fridge or microwave and the door was locked by a padlock. When we misplaced our key for said lock the angry manager charged us the equivalent of $75 Canadian dollars to get a new one. Then when I come back home I notice that someone named Pablo something or other has been spending money on my credit card. Guess where the only place I used it was, that's right on the hotels archaeological find of a credit card machine. Overall an absolutely horrid experience. Norman Diego can suck it
