This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Disgusting! Dirty! Loud! Rude staff! The beds were on concrete slabs. Our toilet didn’t work. Everything was filthy! The mattress was absolutely disgusting and stained, along with the sheets. The bathroom was horrible. Smelled terribly of cleaner but did NOT look like it had been cleaned in years! The whole place felt like a prison and not a hotel. Our door did not shut all the way, we had to slam it to shut it enough to lock it and there was still a giant gap all around the door. The pool was dirty and gross. Adults were out at the pool ALL NIGHT screaming at the top of their lungs and chanting “chug chug chug” in Spanish which echoed throughout the entire hotel. They were loud and no one could sleep. They stayed out there until 4am. We asked the front desk to ask them to be quiet but were told they didn’t understand us. They spoke fine English during check-in but all of the sudden couldn’t understand us when we had a problem?!! Right! We left after 1 night and found a good place to stay. We tried to check-out early and request a refund due to the horrendous conditions but were told no. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!…
This was NOT what I expected. This has to be the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. Being placed next to the busy road in front of the hotel we didn’t sleep the two nights we spent at the hotel. I wouldn’t say I’m all that picky or used to lavish hotels but this was not up to the standards I would consider paying for. The pictures on the website are not what you can expect from the actual room (not that they ever are). Apart from the used Q-tip on the bed at arrival, cleaning was so-so. The bed was like sleeping on a rock and as comfortable as a good beating with a 2x4. The breakfast was coffee and stale bread. Not worth the money. We had planned to stay for a week but ended up finding another hotel after just two nights. Spend your money elsewhere!!!
Stayed there for 5 nights as part of my fishing trip. To the Marina half a block do the local expierence right around you .to the clubs 5 mins walk. super location can have breakfast in the morning simple but good .friendly and helpful staff. ideal if your on a budget
I stayed here for 6 nights. Older hotel not a fancy resort. $36 usd included continental breakfast and for $4 more you can upgrade to a delicious omelette, chilliquilies etc. It was a $2.50 Uber to every where I went or a 10 minute walk downtown. Located a block and a half up from Squid Roe. The staff mostly spoke Spanish but Diane at the front desk spoke good English. Say Bueno’s Dias to the staff and smile they were very accommodating. The pool had some missing tiles but was clean and refreshing. Many food places nearby. Cabo Jacks a Chinese place across the street. A Oxxo across the street about a half o block to the right. I would stay again on a budget trip.
My girlfriend who was traveling to meet a good friend and escort her from her ship early because of a death called me hysterical crying. When I could finally understand her she said it was so disgusting that she could not stay there and would rather sleep in the lobby. She checked in in spite of being dismayed at her arrival at having to walk a distance from he taxi and up some stairs to the entrance. She immediately checked out after seeing the room and to their credit they agreed to issue a refund. Everything was old and rusted and just not clean. She is the last one to complain so when she did I immediately re booked her. Again run away!
