Reserved two rooms through Expedia and received confirmation number. On arrival was informed they had no rooms and that Expedia did not call them to check their room availability. Would not assisted in locating alternate room accommodations or ground transportation.

This hotel is a good option for the budget traveler. We stayed for three nights and didn't have any problems with noise. The hotel is located on the main street into Cabo, but our room was far enough away that it wasn't an issue. Of course, we could hear some construction noise, but nothing major that kept us awake. The...

The hotel has the potential to be great. However, the noise levels from staff and guests is mindblowing. At 8am they start with construction work of which no one told you about. There is suppose to be coffee amenities in the room as advertised and stated in their in room booklet. We had nothing. The main curtain could not close...

The 1st room they gave us had a light fixture hanging from the ceiling. They moved us, but only had a room with 2 twin beds-I was traveling with my husband. The breakfast is decent. The other reviews are correct in saying if you stay on the 1st floor it can get a bit noisy but like I said it's...

We stayed over the Christmas break in 2014. We chose this hotel because the price was decent and for the location. The hotel has two new buildings and one old one. We ended up at the old one, the room was clean and the bathroom was decent, it had hot water and AC so i couldnt complain. Wifi was a...

This hotel is VERY dirty. Im the rooms are hardwood floors and as you walk about just a little your feet will get covered in black soot immediately. We found locks of hair lying around as well. As I tried to use the toilet paper roll the spring just broke off. There was a broken lamp which we had to...

Having travelled in Central America, we understand what a luxury it is to get a hot shower at times. but this is Cabo, and you can beat the luxury of the Bellagio if you want to.... So, we booked last minute and it was open. We did it through Trip Advisor, but the clerk wasn't sure how to process -...

Ok place to stay. It's an easy walking distance to clubs and restaurants. Covered parking or extra in a dirt overflow lot behind the hotel. I thought it's a decent place to stay. It's clean and quiet. Though a bathroom smear looked unattended for a long time. Shower drained slowly causing water to flow out. The Jr. Suite was a...

This hotel is quiet and just at the end of the tourist zone. It is much closer to Medano beach than the hotels near the Marina. There is a great gym called Club fit across the street and your membership includes spin and yoga classes. It is an easy walk to WalMart and a little longer walk to Costco, but...

Hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. The location is convenient for walking to the marina area or to the beach. Pool is small, but we were here to for the beach. We did enjoy sitting around the pool, however. We had a small room on the first floor which had a nice patio door to the pool area...
