Nobu hotel in Cabo is truly an amazing experience that anyone can dream of for a vacation. Stephany, CJ, and Kayla were all so exceptionally nice and welcoming. The hotel is so clean that you do not see a speck of sand on the resort. The food in every restaurant was delicious and does not miss. I highly recommend treating yourself here for a unforgettable getaway. Thank you Nobu Los Cabos team.

We loved every minute of our stay at this property..from check in to checking out ..everything was seamless so that we could totally relax throughout our trip..moreover we were assigned a personal concierge.. stephany...who was extremely helpful and professional. The property itself is beautiful ..everything we ate was delicious..with covid being a concern ..it put my mind at ease to see how clean the property and rooms were and how much attention they pay to little details in regards to keeping everyone safe. Also the best service I’ve received at any hotel I’ve ever been in - from the entire staff and our concierge included. Already looking to book a trip back with my sisters !

The actual buildings, pools, and restaurants are extremely beautiful. The mix of Japanese and Baja styles goes perfectly together. We stayed in a king swim-up room and loved it. Having the swim-up pool is amazing and worth the extra money because you don't have to fight people for a good spot by the pool and can just go in for a few minutes without having to get all your stuff together. The bed was very comfortable, and the design of the room was huge and great. The bathroom was also beautiful, and the wood soaking tub was stunning. We loved the infinity pool that overlooks the ocean below Nobu restaurant. This is a great place to stay if you want never to leave the hotel. However, when my wife and I like to travel, we love exploring and trying local food and experiences. This is not the hotel for doing that. Between the main road and the hotel is a tiny road that takes you to a guard gate. The gate can take anywhere from 20 seconds to 10 minutes, depending on how many cars are ahead of you. Then it's a 10-minute drive through a golf course. When you get to the hotel, there's another gate where you check in again. This part makes no sense; why doesn't the first gate just radio and say you're coming? Some of the service we had wasn't great. Our fridge wasn't getting cold, and it took two days and the manager actually getting involved to get a working fridge. Our concierge took a while to get back to us. One concierge even told us, "the fridge isn't supposed to get cold; it's supposed to be room temp." which was ridiculous. The food is very expensive, but that's to be expected. Again if you never want to leave the hotel and spend a bunch, it's an excellent, luxurious place to stay.

We decided to stay at the Nobu since we love the restaurant in Malibu... First let me state the hotel is stunning !!! The rooms are well appointed but lack a true ocean front feel. Besides Malibu Farm and Nobu, the other F&B offerings are truly subpar. Our main complaint is the lack of service; when you are paying over $900 a night (with tax) - you are going to expect amazing service - we were truly let down. First, the pool service ends at 6pm (no big deal but frustrating), the main issue was evening dining, which are listed open until 10pm. We showed up at Pacific at 9:00pm sharp - was told the kitchen closed at 8:45pm (WTF). We then asked if we could have a drink at the bar (supposedly they already made last call). So we resorted to room service which is 24 hours. Again paying $900 a night - you expect a level of service that simply was not offered... combined that with the pricing at the gift shop ($56 for a $17 bottle of sunscreen) --- it was a joke, Lastly, the Nobu Hotel has no beach related activities - because you can't go in the water (yes, you heard me right). If you're looking for a getaway where you can frolic in the ocean - looks somewhere else. If you want to relax and unwind at one of there many pool ( the Infinity - adult pool was our favorite) - Nobu may be a good choice. Overall, throughly disappointed with the service. We will not be returning.
