Our stay was during the second week in July from a Sunday to a Friday. We combined our elopment and honeymoon in one. WEDDING Pamela was our wedding coordinator and was extremely perceptive and helpful. She took care of absolutely everything with our intimate wedding. It was magical. I was worried about not having a hair and makeup trial but the ladies in the Spa were magic workers. The staff had our wedding dress and tux pressed before the big day. The ceremony was on the roof because the tide was too high for a beach ceremony. Pamela even used my phone to take pictures the entire time. This was greatly appreciated because 1. It was just my husband and I so no one else was there to tale photos and 2 professional photos take a while and you know how impatient friends and family can be. We did get tons of pictures....which arrived by email 7 days later!) The wedding dinner was amazing and our dedicated waiter was excellent. When we got back to our room they laid out rose petals in the shape of a heart on our bed. We had a bottle of champagne waiting for us as well. Our waiter even brought out our leftovers and the rest of our wedding cake. HOTEL STAY Airport arrival was swift. We collected our luggage and found the hotel representative outside. He walked us to a luxury vehicle and let us get inside while he loaded our luggage. We were outside in the heat less than 5 min. The driver was amazing, he explained the terrain, weather and a little history of Los Cabos and the Baja Peninsula. He took us right through the gate, the tunnel and up to the front lobby. The staff brought us a welcome Margarita and hibiscus water (my husband doesn't drink) and took our luggage to the room as we checked in. We did a short tour of the property. The property is breathtaking and the architecture is perfection. Then headed to the room. We stayed in a standard room which is anything but standard. The room had several amenities and little things you could keep. A nice reuseable logo bag, toiletries bag and even a small bottle of tequila. They have maidservice and turndown service, which I love. They will reticle your bottled water, refill your nespressso pods and light you candles at night. Food there was fantastic. We ate at all the restaurants, including El Farallion. I dont eat seafood but everyone was very accommodating. The spa was a dream! We had a 50 min couples massage included with our intimate wedding package. We spent some time using the spa amenities such as the sauna, showers, hot tub, ice room and outside pool. I admit, it was so expensive that I probably would have not paid for it separately. The checkout was a breeze. No goodbye margaritas :) but they did have sweet sea turtle sugar cookies for our ride back to the airport and they did grant us a free late checkout. The process was similar to checking in but this time they ensured we had all the proper documents required by the US and by our airlines. When we got to the airport there was a host that led us around to all our stops, we got to skip lines too! It was maybe 10-15 min to get out of the car and get to security! Its a service that I would have gladly paid extra for! When I got home I realized I forgot to purchase a logo ballcap. I just texted the number and arranged to have one mailed out to me. Im so happy that was possible. LOCATION The hotel is in walking distance to downtown. We took a golf cart down the tunnel to the gate then walked about 3 min and you were downtown. The marina area is a short walk farther. On our return we were greeted with bottle waters and a golf cart. We just hopped right in amd he took us through the tunnel and right back to our doorstep! THE BAD There was some bad. ROOM LOCATION: Our room was on the first floor. From what I can tell, they wash the walkways on Mondays and Fridays around 5 am. Both days we were woken up by what we thought was rain. Then they began sweeping the wet concrete. I get it has to be done and preferably not in the heat, but 5 am is really early. Maybe 7 am? We had a room in the unit closest to El Farallion and right by a Instagram worthy heart tree and firepit. We could hear loud parties laughing amd yelling as they stopped on their way to El Farallion to take pictures all the way until past midnight. I feel that since we were there to celebrate our wedding that we would have gotten a better room, not an upgrade, but just a room with less traffic. POOL SERVICE: If you want a lounger close to the pool then you should leave some personal items on the chair to reserve it. Our first day was frustrating because by 10am all the chairs by the pool were unofficially "reserved". Some of these chairs were never even occupied by the time we left around 1. Its a little unfair to reserve a chair at 9 am for noon. It prevents those who are physically there from getting a nice lounger. The pool waitstaff was hit and miss. I noticed some people getting service while we were completely skipped. My husband had to go order drinks for us. After that, drink service was slightly better. Our food order took an hr and a half.....for some salads! And when I got my salad it was the wrong one. The rest of the days there the service was much better. I admit, my expectations were a little let down but I think thats because I watched so many influencer reviews. Of course they get free rooms, upgraded perks and unparalleled service in return for content. So I think that is my fault for feeling a little let down. For the amount of money we spent and for such a special occasion I just assumed we would get a little something, like a special dessert or better located room. Over all it was an amazing stay and the location to downtown was perfect. Im sure we will be back for a special occasion. A place like this is not a regular type of stay, just due to the price. But it was worth it and should be experienced at least once. Treat yourself!

Every time I visit, I fall in love with this place a little more. Our 2 bedroom casita was perfection with lovely views of the ocean & the perfect location close to spa, gym, pool & breakfast. The absolute highlight of our visit was our personal concierge, Raymundo. He was exceptional in every way- assisted in dinner reservations, spa appointments, helping us know what time we needed to leave for restaurants and most special-he had our casita decked out & decorated to perfection as a birthday surprise. He made our trip so much more incredible-he is an angel! The pool staff is phenomenal as well-they work so hard. Yoshua is amazing. My only complaint is that when busy, all pool seats are taken by 8 am but frequently being held with a book or bottle of sunblock for hours. They should allow for a max of 60 minutes but not hours at a time. The resort is gorgeous and everyone is incredibly attentive. This was our 3rd stay and we will certainly return.

My wife and I just returned from a 5-day stay, and it was truly another world! From the pick-up at the airport by the WA team, to entering the tunnel, to the food at El Farallon it was 100% over the top (in a good way)! We stayed in Room 131, which was private (had a mountain on the right side, by EF) and on the 3rd floor. The staff was attentive and very helpful in every way. Thank you to the WA Pedregal Team for a great stay!
