I was expecting the worst but so wanted to see the WHALES... I would recommend to stay here 100% no electricity, no running water no internet yet everything works ! It sounds like a nightmare but it really is a dream. I recommend lots of sun screen, your own shampoo etc and a fleece food is as good as a...

Did the 3 day camp experience. It was so much more than I expected, don't know where to begin. Very clean camp, loved our cabin, good food and exceptional staff. Never dreamed we'd have the number of close encounters we experienced with the whales. Each day was better than the last. Can't say enough about Sexto, Margarita and Lillie. Made...

I am reviewing it again as it is also listed under the "Things to Do" section so have a look there for a fuller review. It is an amazing location, and the cabanas are really comfortable - much better than a tent! Everything is done by the delightful staff to make your stay a special one. We did the 3...

Kuyima camp in one word: exceptional! We stayed in the all-inclusive tents. The service was fantastic and the meals were exquisite and usually consisted of 3 courses. The camp is surrounded by nesting ospreys, which add to the wildlife experience. The whales are phenomenal. You can hear them breathing at night from the camp, which was an other-worldly experience! We...

This is without doubt one of the best wildlife experiences in the world. It is amazing how the whales are so content to be around the boats and encourage their calves to come close so they can be stroked. However at the same time there is great sensitivity towards the whales from the boatmen(who are mostly local fishermen) and at...

We have enjoyed whale watching at Glacier bay and Catalina Island and enjoyed seeing many whales but never like these. I don't know why, but here the whales want to be petted. There is no other explanation for the way they come to the boats and raise their heads out of the water. We drove our pickup camper (4X4). It...

How could 4 days and three nights feel like so much more? Kuyima was everything I had hoped for, and much much more. I wanted, after so many disappointing whale watching trips elsewhere, finally to see whales. And that we did, every day. We saw mother and babies, we saw courtship rituals, and the last day our boat was approached...

We spent the 3-day min here and it was an incredible experience! Friends took this 2nd trip down after having been the year before and it was magical! Thoughtful and knowledgeable staff, updated accommodations, safe boats, hot water, local food which was cooked incredibly and they honor any and all dietary needs. Always watching teh weather, entertain the crowd no...

Kuyimá is an AMAZING business!! Where to start? When they picked us up at their office, they were punctual. Very nice drive to Bahía San Ignacio with a lot of mountains. Their campsite is very nice and clean. You can bring your own tent for $15.00/$20.00(I forgot, went last year 2014) a night. They even loaned me tent stakes for...
