We were treated as honoured guests. The house is beautiful, furnished and filled will collectables. Service was more than 5*, from the cream tea served in the gardens to never having to open a door for yourself. This is not where you should stay if you like the anonymity of a Holiday Inn, this is a different experience altogether and we loved it.

We visited Llanfairfechan for our friend's wedding and stayed at Glanarvon House for 2 nights. We were impressed from start to finish, Bryan and Keith made us so welcome, nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was amazing! Cream tea on arrival with home made scones, complimentary sherry, delicious breakfasts, mints on our pillow, DVDs library, lift to the next village for dinner - I could go on! If you're heading to this area of North Wales there's only one place to stay, Glanarvon House!

Glanarvon House was superb! The owners were lovely and went out of their way to make our stay special and unforgettable: a lift from the station, delicious cream tea on arrival, plentiful "full English" breakfast by the fireplace with beautiful music, freshly squeezed juice, amazing fruit salad (amongst other treats, like sherry before bed-time!). We felt very welcome and well looked-after from the minute we made our booking to the minute we said good-bye. The whole place was sparkly-clean throughout, with its own heart, soul and a very unique character. Its interior design was stunning with every detail intentionally thought-out and every little thing carefully placed with loving care just where it belongs: sophisticated glassware and tableware, gorgeous china figurines, beautiful antiques and paintings, and much more. The DVD collection in the living room was impressive! One tiny thing that could be improved: the separate taps over the sink could be mixed, but we respect that it's a British tradition to leave the taps separate. Otherwise, nothing at all to fault. For those people who, like us, do not have a car, there is a bus stop right next to Glanarvon House with regular buses to Bangor, Llandudno and Conwy - very convenient. The train station is about 15 minute walk. It's a real gem and is highly recommended!

A group of four of us stayed at this B&B on the weekend, as we were doing the zip line in snowdonia. This place is no more than a 20 minute drive from there. May I say, i have never stayed in such a lovely B&B. On arrival we were treated to cream tea, with homemade scones and cake. There are only 3 rooms and the guests have a living room to themselves to relax in. The hosts were amazing, then even drove us to the pub in the next villiage and called up a reservation for us. The pub was spot on. The B&B is close to things to do such as: castles, waterfalls and plenty of walks. The rooms were spotless and had tea and coffee make in the room. Breakfast was also excellent. The table was laid out beautifully and the cooked breakfast great. There was also a choice of fruit and continental anfd the music being played was well chosen. They obviously take pride in there accomadation and next time we go to Wales, we will book with them again. Turndown service and chocolates a great touch.

My partner and I spent two nights at Glanarvon House and loved it. We had good intentions to get up early and hike in Snowdonia but after arriving at Glanarvon House we decided to just have a relaxing, romantic weekend away and this B&B was perfect for that. Gorgeous gardens, fabulous hosts and a beautiful home with only 3 guest rooms. Bryan and Keith were so welcoming and really know customer service. Other guests that weekend included a well-travelled couple in their 80s who said they had never been so well looked after. Thanks again B&K... we'll be back, next time perhaps to do some actual hiking!

From the homemade cream tea to the wonderful cooked breakfast, every thing was perfect and spot on (including the breakfast soundtrack!)... We even came back from the restaurant to find our room ready for the night with a small chocolate for each of us... So far, Bryan and Keith are the best hosts we ever encountered!

A wonderful little B&B that we're very fortunate to have stumbled upon. Keith & Bryan have really cracked the code when it comes to looking after guests. Their attention to detail is something that would put well-established hotels to shame. The garden is a beautiful setting for the cream tea and scones and the entire house is a small den of tasteful and sometimes-quirky decorations. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The little carafe of sherry in the common area doesn't hurt either. Enjoy!

My wife and I spent three very restful nights at Glenarvaon House at the beginning of July. We were made most welcome by hosts Keith and Bryan who were absolutely charming and thoroughly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we can only endorse the complements that many others have made. The accommodation is tastefully appointed and extremely comfortable. Cream tea in the beautiful garden was a delightful touch on arrival and the breakfasts were superb. Llanfairfechan is a delightful seaside centre from where to explore the North Wales coast and mountains. Only wish we could have stayed longer. We will not hesitate to book again nor to recommend the venue to our friends.

How lucky was we to come across this wonderful B&B, an absolute gem, the food was fab and the cream tea served in the lovely garden on arrival was to die for. Bryan & Keith are excellent 1st class hosts who could not do enough to ensure our stay was the best. The room was most comfortable with very comfy bed, tea making facilities and cookies. This is the first time we have stayed in the B&B since we were children and our experience could not have been better. We look forward to returning to a wonderful corner of the UK
