This is a decent hotel located in Selaqui a town which is apprx.24 kms from Dehradun. It is an industrial town with many industries located here.
This hotel offers decent rooms which are very well appointed. It has air conditioner as well as a heater.
The hotel offers decent toiletries.
It has a nice restaurant which offers good food. Though the prices are a little steep.
This hotel is an absolute value for money.
Easily one of the better places to stay in selaqui.

If you are Vegetarian, this is the place to stay in Selaqui. It is a relatively new hotel with with comfortable rooms and good food. Prices are also reasonable. The staff is courteous and helpful. Connectivity is a problem but taxis are available on hire. Overall a good hotel.

Food is good. But it's worst hotel to organize any event. The banquet manager of this hotel doesn't give a damn about your event and book it for another function without even consulting or informing you about your event. He is after money and will go for the people who're paying more.
After booking or having finalised almost everything also you just cannot relly upon this hotel that this will organize your event. This man can ditch you and spoil your event at any point of time.
Doesn't follow up for your queries and he doesn't bother whether you organise any event there or not. The whole management is spoiled.
In this COVID times also, he doesn't follow up for any event as if it doesn't matter to him whether he get an opportunity to organize events or not.
Even when you call him to discuss the payment and all , he will shout at you like anything and will not accept his mistakes and blames everything on to you. No manners at all.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights for a recent trip for business. The hotel is nice and located on the main road in Selaqui and incase you have work in this region, the hotel is apt for you.
The hotel has nice good clean rooms and washrooms. Nothing wrong with them, in the price in which they have been offered. But it misses on a few things. The breakfast at the hotel is a complete put off. The food is average and the choice is not much. The presentation is not even worth the mention. This is something I did not like. The hotel does not have a bar and is a complete vegetarian hotel. Now this could be a good option for many but for us it was also a put off. The rooms facing the highway do not have much sound proofing and hence in the night if too many trucks pass then sleeping in good quality could be an issue.
Overall if the hotel just works on its food and presentation of food, i think i can stay back here again if i have to be in selaqui for work.

Last week I had stayed at this hotel & it is evdent that the over all standard has fallen.
Right from the room quality , bathrooms to the food served in the restaurant has deteriorated over time.
The hotel offers complimentary breakfast which is at best mediocre.
The idlis served were hard & the chatni , sambhar were terrible.
For dinner I had ordered pastas & these were the worst pasta I have ever had. I left almost the whole of it without eating.
The restaurant is very expensive looking at the over all standard of the hotel.
However, they are taking benefit of lack of competition.
Since hardly any alternative is available in Selaqui one is not left with much choice.
But for sure it does not give Vale For Money

Very bad experience wrt rooms which were spacious but Bad, AC was leaking. AC cooling was terrible. No hot water in rooms! Breakfast was average. Failed connecting complementary Wifi ! No security at main gate!

Amazing place if you want a calm and peaceful stay just near but outside the city humdrums. 35 minute drive via Prem nagar, Nanda ki chowki. Very clean rooms and outstanding hospitality. The breakfast was really nice and not a single noise nearby the hotel. Ample parking space, great for leisure stay.
