Like many of the hotels in San Miguel this one is waaaay overpriced. Anyone with an old house thinks they can have a "boutique hotel". First the parking lot they sent us to did not recieved our bikes and we were sent to another one 2 miles away. No air conditioning, one ceiling fan but not above the beds and...

This hotel advertises itself as having a 3-diamond AAA rating. And it does have an enviable location: close to the jardin with a stunning view of the parroquia. However, that does not compensate for the bugs crawling in the sink and on the wall, toilet that worked only sporadically, blood flecks on the side of the tub and on the...

My wife and went to this hotel as walk-ins when another hotel deeply disappointed us. We found a very warm welcome with personal interest by the owner Alicia Franyuti. Situated only a short walk from the center of San Miguel de Allende, this hotel gave us a very pleasant room overlooking beautiful gardens and an inviting pool. Wi-fi access and...

We have loved our days at the Hacienda de Las Flores. Its proximity to all the best of San Miguel and the splendor and quiet of the garden make it unbeatable. The breakfast options are delicious; the rooms are welcoming and most comfortable; the staff is helpful. The hotel has an authentic Mexican flavor. We plan to return next year....

For eight years now The Hacienda de las Flores has been" our home away from home".What brings us back again and again? Its beautiful garden, its fine food, and the extraordinalry comfortable rooms! In addition the congenial guests make for a good time at the hotel, and of course being five blocks from the Jardin(the centro of SMA) is perfect!!...

This lovely small hotel--but big for San Miguel---is very well looked after, has a lovely dining room for breakfast and gorgeous gardens. It's in a great central location. There are outside catwalks to enter rooms, which are very large. The main reason we chose to stay there was because it has a lovely looking pool. Only problem was, they don't...

The December nights in SM tend to be a little cool. It was great to come into our warm, clean, spacious rooms after long days of shopping, eating and sightseeing. We would advise the staff as to what time we would be coming in, and they would make sure the heaters were turned on before we arrived. The sheets and...

The room was very cozy, some dusty but the bathroom was very clean, the service was amazing, the breakfast just awesome with a great view, I was disappointed I had made reservations at another hotel for the rest of my trip. I have travel a lot and have stay in 5 star hotels and would definetely would stay here again!

The staff was excellent and helpful; however, always had to tip for everything. We had to buy/pay for our water, when they should have given it to us courtesy as everyone knows you should NOT drink the water in Mexico. The room was supposed to be a suite and was large enough but NOT fully 5-star level that they said...

My friend and I stayed for 10 days in San Miguel and truly enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda. The staff goes out of their way to make sure every request is answered. The property is truly filled with flowers and is beautiful. The rooms were good sized, and while they could have been a little cleaner, were adequate. The...
