My partner and I stayed here from good Friday to easter Monday 2017 and had a fantastic time here with our dog William. We are a sane sex couple, and found our hosts very warm and friendly. Out room was clean and comfortable, we had full use of the guest lounge area if we wanted, our breakfast every morning was...

Booked this B&B last minute over the weekend, My partner was in the nearby hospital giving birth to my Daughter. When I say last minute I literally mean about 5.30pm for that evening. I gave the owners a courtesy call as a bit of a heads up that I wouldn't be arriving until about 9.30. The B&B had no bookings...

Popped in for breakfast on the way home after a night trekking on Snowdon. Glad we did. The breakfast was the best I've had for a very long time - all perfectly cooked and just what we needed. I've passed this place by a few times in the past without stopping. Won't make that mistake again. Friendly people and great...

Although the Groelson Ty Mawr B&B is located outside Llanberis, it is only a 10 min drive away via the A4086 and A4244 in a relatively quiet location. Very convenient for Llanberis and the Snowdon Mountain Railway for the Summit of Snowdon. The ground floor double room we stayed at in the annexe was spacious, very well maintained and tastefully...

We arrived a little early and we're given tea and cakes whilst we waited for our room. Ruth and Mark made us really welcome and made a fuss of our two dogs. The accommodation was clean, bright, fresh and spotlessly presented. It is perfectly positioned for trips to Mt Snowdon, Caernarfon and Anglesey etc and has the added attraction of...

This B&B is spotlessly clean and well presented . There are tea rooms attached and homemade scones are to die for. Ruth the owner is a lovely lady . Helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble and will go the extra Mile to accommodate you. We had to have early breakfast due to work commitments and she complied with...

Large, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed and a warm welcome in a beautiful setting. I had a very early start (4.30am!)and I was given a hearty breakfast upon my return later in the morning. I would definitely return.

My sone and I popped into Ty Mawr on our tour of Snowdonia and were delighted by this place, situated about mid-way between the road down to Llanberis on one side and the Ogwen Valley on the other. Fantastic views of the mountains! The staff were very friendly, chatty and we had a very large piece of 'bara brith' (Welsh...

We stayed in one of the chalets which had just been fitted with a new carpet. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very satisfying. It is a good location for Snowdonia. We would stay there again as it is also pet friendly.
