The food was very tasty, a little slow to come. The servers very sweet, polite and ready to serve anything we asked for. Ambience has to be improved .the quality of the food was also very good. Quantity very less Thanks ☺️😁😄

This hotel is truly special!! The warmth of the staff, the hotel is beautiful, the food is incredible, and the location is perfect. Everyone was so kind and attentive. it really felt like a home away from home. Jiya , Anna and their team were incredibly helpful. We hope to come back soon!! We highly recommend this hotel.

We got a warm welcome. The staffs are very kind and friendly. Food is very good. Maintenance is excellent. Very good experience. A Pleasent stay. We love the heritage hotel building and pool. Sea view is beautiful. Will come back again.

Staff are friendly, Nancy the manager is very accommodating, Jiya organises great tours around the city Akashi’s and Anna are super wonderful and efficient, and Jessie left the rooms immaculate. All together and wonderful stay in a fascinating city with excellent hospitality.

We loved the great location for this gorgeous heritage hotel. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace beside the pool, a great way to start the day. All the staff were lovely and facilities met our requirements, we only stayed one night.

The stay was amazing. We loved it. It was totally family friendly. The rooms are excellent.The ambience of the hotel was wonderful and the property is well maintained. The staff is warm and really welcoming. For all the sea food lovers this place gives you an opportunity to taste the authentic Kerala food.A special thanks to Jiya and Anna who ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Have to say that it is one of the best heritage hotels. I went with my family and my kid loved the place. Stay : The rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. Restaurant : The food was tasty and the service was awesome. Location : Close to the beach ( Barely 1 min of walking distance) Overall : Amazing place . Will recommend.

Everything that could be right was indeed right. The whole style of the hotel was charming, it is a Heritage hotel. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The pool was great. The food and drink were delicious, especially the grape welcome drink. Jaya and the team were extremely welcoming, they speak excellent English. I loved the communal balcony with the sea view. The location is incredible. It is within Fort Kochi and directly next to the sea. Fort Kochi is the oldest part of Kochi so the main colonial properties, Churches and schools are here. Walking or cycling around the area from the hotel using the hotel bikes is just marvellous. It is one a small side street so it is peaceful. From the seafront you can get in a Rickshaw and go on a tour of the main local sites which was very convenient.…
