The hotel is small and friendly, but is very chic. We stopped for an overnight on our return journey from Austria and I wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely be returning for a longer stay. The restaurant serves a truly excellent menu and the maitre'd was charming and could not do enough to assist. The linen was...

Unfortunately only had time for one nights stay. Next time we will try to get two nights to be able to enjoy the area and excellent facilities of this well run Hotel. I enjoy a steam bath at home and it was a pleasure to enjoy one after a hectic day.

We have been coming to the Chasseur for more than ten years and it gets better and better. As part of the policy of constant renewal and improvement, this year has seen, a complete overhaul and re-location of the Wellness-area worthy of a much larger place. Elsewhere standards are maintained: rooms are clean, comfortable and correctly priced; staff are unfailingly...

It is hard for Euro workers to find accommodation around Strasbourg when the Parliament is in Plenary Session. This hotel with the most excellent restaurant offer a demi-pension deserving a star, and a spa that will help relax even after the hardest day at work. The rooms are furnished with lots of taste, and the views are open and peaceful....

We have been coming to this family-run hotel in an idyllic location for over 10 years and continue to find it excellent in every respect: friendly welcome by the owners, helpful staff, well-maintained facilities (pool), remarkable cuisine, and excellent wine at a reasonable price. Well worth the short detour from the A4.

We stayed here 2 nights while exploring the Alsace wine region. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented and delicious. The welcome from reception and the hotel staff makes this restaurant stand out. In addition they were extremely helpful when we had car issues to resolve. A very...

This was a great relaxing place to stay on our way home from Italy. We ate at their restaurant and the food was just fantastic with some lovely wine. The hotel was set in a lovely location and the staff were very friendly. We will be returning .

I think I have said it all....the "wow" factor are the wonderfully prepared dishes. During our two-day stay, we were lucky enough to enjoy venison served one of the evenings. Rooms are cosy, clean and well- appointed- just ashamed for the noisy morning Church bells early in the morning. The location is tranquil ...and just a good get-away!

The room was very pleasant, nothing flash/fancy but clean and comfortable and homely. The meal that evening in the resto was delicious and as good as many describe - if you only stay the one night (as we did) then do not consider eating anywhere else. But it was the welcome and service from the front desk that makes this...

We only had one night here, on our way through France, after a long day travelling from the Ferry terminal at Trieste. It was so restful! Quiet, clean, and set in a lovely village. Then dinner! Fabulous! We went to bed very happy and full, and slept like babies. Unfortunately we had to leave early so we couldn't stay for...
