I think its only place in chanderi where you can get best service & good food. Its MP tourism authorized hotel & restaurant. We have visited only restaurant. Staff is pleased & co-operative. Nice & hygienic ambience. Must visit places in chanderi.

You don't have much choice of you want to visit Chanderi. This is the MP tourist hotel. Not well cared for or well managed - but just about OK. The restaurant is better then the rooms. The town is enchanting, full of wonderful things to see and visited by only a few tourists.

We stayed here several years ago and hated it, but it was the only place to stay whilst visiting Chanderi. When we decided to return to Chanderi, we dreaded returning to the Tana Bana, but again it was the only option. Our second visit was much better. We chose a better quality room (AC Deluxe even though we didn’t need...

My own experience about hotel is OK...! Bt what makes this hotel a great staying option is well behaved staff and environment.. Manager mister jitendra arora is very helpful and approachable...! Me and my wife have stayed here often and never felt any fear or odd ness! I gave this hotel 4 by 5 due to only its staff....!

Three of us stayed here for one night. The hotel was grubby and felt not cared for. Dirty sheets were left in the central visitor space. The staff knew little or nothing about Chanderi. They slept in the hotel entrance hall which was helpful as they were easily accessible when we left at 7.15 when the gates were locked (...

Males traveling alone can survive for a night here. The city lacks options. Not much in terms of food in the hotel. The rooms are dirty as there are bugs all over. We were the only ones in the hotel so got some attention but the staff looks dull. My suggestions is if for work, come in the morning and...

MP Tourism has some great hotels and often offer great value, but I'm afraid this one appears to have slipped off the edge. The rooms are ok, the bathrooms are ok and the food is ok. Damned by faint praise eh? The real shame is that given the location of the hotel and the need for decent facilities in Chanderi,...

We were booked in here but ultimately elected to drive (through terrible conditions) on to Orchha rather than stay the night. Picture an empty hotel, with all the staff hanging around staring at you and management that seems amazed that you came by, and you can start getting the picture of this place. Rooms are very poor - they did...
