Lots of good reviews for this place, but I do not see the hype that others see. It is $70 for a room with musty linens, broken light fixtures and an air conditioner that you cannot control the temp. It is about .6 miles from the bus station. Breakfast is toast, eggs, instant coffee, and juice. There was not enough...

This hotel was great for it price, The room was large and clean. It is also located in a quiet area just walking distance from the main street in Tulum. It is family owned hotel. Friendly staff will cook you a great breakfast.

Great place to stay! Staff is incredibly friendly and speaks English. They make a personal breakfast for you every morning. Their outdoor space has a gorgeous mural. Surrounded by locals! You can watch the workers deliver water every morning and other cool cultural stuff. Close to the main road and there's a policeman stationed right near the turn off the...

Nice place. Clean comfortable rooms with air con. We didn't have any hot water one morning, but otherwise no problems. Would stay again. Ta wants more characters so I'll have to write this extra sentence.

We arrived in Tulum in the evening and just walked to the hotel from the bus station. The room was on the top floor with a double bed and an additional single bed - clean and comfortable with view of the surrounding neighborhood. Also a small common open veranda that was shared by the other couple of rooms on that...

We stayed here for 5 nights in the beginning of October. The rooms were great, very spacious and clean (they cleaned it once a day for us as well). We got a room with the kitchenette which was really helpful, so we ended up cooking most of our dinners here, and it had everything I needed to make a yummy...

We arrived here from a pretty bad hotel in Palenque, so this place was pretty good. It was an over night trip between Palenque and Tulum, so we were exhausted. The owner was there when we arrived to check in early and she tried to redirect us to another hotel. Because of remodeling there was no hot water until evening....

Emma is from Italy and loves to talk. The place is one block off the main road which is a good thing as there is much construction going on on the main road. The rooms are clean but as others have said it is very humid here so do not expect anything to dry out. The free breakfast includes NO...

We stayed for four nights in Room 4 'Roja' and were initially impressed by the generous size of the room (which features not one but three large beds - one double, two greater in size and one even being mezzanine). From our very first night it became apparent that the room we were staying in had a serious problem with...
