This was a lovely hotel. We came with a group of 7 women for a 5-day trip. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and bars within a super short walk. We stayed in the Feelings Ocean room which I highly recommend - being downstairs was quieter than the upstairs (which according to our friends was loud from all the music playing next door. The upstairs rooms have thatched roofs which makes them not as sound proof) Other highlights were the service. They have a small private spa where we had a massage and facial which were lovely. The staff overall was amazing. Our concierge team Pau and Sof were super helpful in booking things for us and very responsive to questions. The waitstaff Albert and William and Rodrigo were kind and attentive and fun to talk to! Also the food was delicious! I loved the ceviche so much I ordered it twice :) One thing to note is that the pools are small and not heated. But I spent most of my time near the ocean, so this didn’t make a big difference to me.…

I first stayed at Ana y Jose back in Oct’20 mainly because of its location: beach side in the hotel zone and few minutes walk to some of the best restaurants in Tulum. Had an amazing experience and ended up staying with them again in December for 10 nights! The rooms are great and cleaned multiple times/day, the restaurants serves some of the most delicious food and the best part is the staff. The staff is very friendly and make you feel like home. Also the concierge team in particular Paulina was very helpful with giving activity and restaurant recommendations/reservations. Highly recommended!

Good location, excellent service. The room very spacious with living room and jacuzzi. Perfect to come with friends and hang out. No idea why the pool is so small and not near the beach. The staff the best of the resort, especially Rafael……..

We stayed at casa de agua for almost two weeks, the stay was lovely but what made it better is our butler Rafael he was amazing and made sure that everything we needed was there, his service was second to none and if I’m going to come back here it has to be with him he is the best!!

We had breakfast, which was amazing. Views, food, and especially service with William. We didn’t stay here but the grounds are stunning. Walked in off the beach, and they were super friendly and inviting. Mostly local crowd, which was great. Highly recommended!

I recently had my wedding at Ana y Jose. It was my first time to Tulum and it was amazing! Not only was I blown away by the staff, property, and location but the wedding was everything I could’ve ever wanted and more. Cristal (the wedding coordinator at Ana y Jose) did a phenomenal job. Everything went so smoothly and perfectly and all of our food we had for the wedding and welcome party was so delicious! The rooms at this place by the way are pure luxury. We will be coming back to Ana Y Jose every time we come to Tulum. I saw many hotels when I was there and this has to be the best for the price and best location overall. All of the fun night clubs and restaurants are all within walking distance.

William very helpful at breakfast and always helpful and cheerful Sea room and view great but service a bit like beach bar not hotel. They try and take £400 charge against your card which is not to bad unless it’s a charge card like Monzo. Hotel breakfast included is very limited no choice and they charge for water! 3 coffee capsules a day per room and then you have to pay!!!

It was a fantastic experience! My wife and I stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon. The ambience was heavenly ... the room was big and clean and every afternoon we were pampered with good chocolates and juicy apples. We enjoyed all the services ... the food was very good and the staff was really nice and we would like to thank especially Antonio the head of service and William, who always greeted us at breakfast with a smile and attention . We highly recommend a stay at this hotel!
