This place is everything advertised and more! Breakfast was gourmet every morning by the professional chef Jacqueline. Best coffee in town! It is tucked away from town and crowds but not too far that anywhere you wanted to go was a short trip in the car. The beach is there for walks in am and pm and restaurants/beach bars are...

Christmas week spent at Casa Jacqueline was the exact experience my husband and I were looking for. Tucked away down a quiet dirt road across from the beach and about 4 miles from Tulum center. You will want a car. If you are more of an all inclusive, every luxury mega resort kind of person, this would not be for...

The loveliest house with the loveliest hosts! Casa Jacqueline is a perfect home base for exploring Tulum and the surrounding area. Every detail was thought out - but not fussy - from super-comfortable bed and sitting area (and outdoor shower!) to a closet stocked with sunscreen and bugspray, robes and towels, a fridge in the room, information about local attractions,...

My husband and I recently stayed at Casa Jacqueline while attending a wedding in Tulum. Before we got there, I was impressed with how quickly Jacqueline responded to my e-mails and answered any questions I had about our upcoming trip. We had an overnight flight and arrived to Mexico in the morning. We were so grateful when she allowed us...

We visited the Riviera Maya, and stayed at Casa Jacqueline for my 50th birthday. - ABSOLUTELY LOVED our experience. To set the table - conveniently located, amazing views, peaceful setting, comfortable rooms - Blue Room outdoor shower was amazing. On the table - "desayunos de cinco estrellas" to start our mornings. The hosts are lovely people, who went out of...

Our only regret is that we didn't stay at Casa Jacqueline for an entire week. We moved on to Tulum Beach to be closer to friends and restaurants for a few days, and in retrospect, would have preferred simply driving back and forth. The beach has changed a lot in a few short years (more trendy, less eco-friendly), and we...

We chose Casa Jaqueline for various reasons. The most important being the fact that it is positioned a bit remote from the party zone of Tulum Beach. Tulum Beach is amazing, but we like to be able to withdraw and relax without the party all over. The house - Casa Jacqueline - is amazing and offers very high quality rooms...

Hubby and I recently spent 8 days and nights at Casa Jacqueline. I gotta say- this was the most memorable, lovely time either one of us have had staying in a B&B. What a lovely home and so incredibly well thought out and appointed. Literally anything we could think of needing or wanting was addressed, straight down to the details....

My wife and I stayed at casa Jacqueline for 4 nights and we loved it. Jacqueline and David are wonderful people and will help you anyway they can. We had amazing breakfast every day and got recommendations for lunch and dinner, which were all spot on. It has a nice pool, roof top area with jacuzzi and the rooms are...

This was our final stop in Tulum. Our first two hotels were on the beach amongst all the hustle & bustle of Tulum. We weren't enjoying Tulum until we got here. Casa Jacqueline is off the beaten path & you will want to rent a car, but it was exactly what we were looking for. So relaxing and away from...

“We chose the main floor room "Blue Room" with the outdoor shower (with some effort the guests in the upstairs room can see you, the toilet seat doesn't fit exactly resulting in a few pinches) The "Red Room" was lovely, too. Offers a private balcony and a view of those below using the outdoor shower - lol”
