Stayed here for five nights last week. Comfy big bed, great big fan that kept us comfy at night. Terrific cleaning service. The kindest staff. Loved waking up to breakfast (included in the price of staying) before the line started. Sweet owners. The one time we didn't have hot water, we let them know and they turned on the boiler...

Great service, amazing local knowledge from the lovely and friendly manager. His English is perfect and always happy to help. All day breakfast, and great coffee and muffins. Beautiful locations near the beach.

My mother, my son (4) and I stayed in one of the two-level cabañas in December 2015 and absolutely loved Hotel Tunich. It had recently been taken over by Canadians Brandy & Blaine who treated us like family even before we arrived with super friendly and informative communication before, during and after our stay.. so helpful, they bent over backwards...

We had a great time in the hotel, the cabins are so cute and confortable, and the people who work there are very friendly, the owner it's a very cool guy. The beach it's literally across the streat, and it's beatiful. Perfect if you're going with your couple or your friends. The price it's very reasonable and the food it's...

Awesome breakfast to start the day in Tulum. Accommodating rustic locale with fantastic local fresh ingredients and taste. Nothing better to head to the beach (less than 100 meters away) after a delicious morning treat. Blaine, the owner and his staff make you feel like home.

My daughter and I stayed in one of the cabanas and overall really enjoyed the location and the people at Tunich! It was stifling hot the first night, since there's not a lot of breeze at it's location across the road from the beach, and the fans were pretty tame. But a combination of growing accustomed to no A/C and...

Stayed here 3 nights in march. It is very simple you need to know that before you go. For us it was fine. Shower was working fine. Yes there are a lot of mosquitos but this is normal. You are in the jungel. The staff was very nice. We loved the breakfast. It was included in the price. As germans...

My 11 year old son and I recently spent a week at Tunich in a ground floor room. We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The people - can't say enough good things about the staff. All were helpful, friendly, genuinely good folks all who became friends over the course of our stay. The...

This is a hard review to write because the hotel is clearly new and parts of our short one-night stay were fine, but I would not recommend this hotel to others. The good: friendly communication before our stay with Brandy, the owner. Exceptionally fresh and delicious breakfast in the lovely cafe. The bad: to call this a "hotel" is a...
