This Hotel is nice (not luxury): Ours was an apartment with kitchen, living/dining a bedroom and a bath. There is a courtyard and a swimming pool at the entrance. The hotel offers bicycles for their guests free of charge. The Staff was EXTREMELY nice!! HOWEVER: THE LOCATION. This hotel is located at the center of town, almost on front of...

Palms is in the pueblo part of Tulum - much grittier and far less pretty than the beach area. When we turned up, after an epic journey, we were told there was no room available despite having booked and paid days earlier. Cue journeys in taxis to a random local apartment block that they offered in return. We felt unsafe...

Loved this place. We had a car and stayed here for four days. There's a cute lobby with water, coffee and tea. Lourdes at the front desk was really sweet and helpful. There's a small pool you can cool off in, it was empty most of our stay. Our unit was on the top floor, two flights of stairs up...

This hotel is on the first street in town so it’s a 5 minute drive to the beach, or 10-15 by bike. It’s a couple of block away from the major super market in town. And it’s in town so near all the food and bars. They have a partnership with the beach hotel El Paraiso so you have beach...

Our last minute thanksgiving vacation landed us in Tulum. We came across Palms Tulum Luxury Hotel and wondering if we were better of near the beach or closer into town. After arriving, the rooms were spacious, clean and the service was very good. The receptionist was very informative and very welcoming. She answered every question we had about what time...

Our room was very clean, big and quiet. The reception was helpful and assisted us with several bookings and taxi requests. They also arranged a laundry service for us. We loved that the hotel included bikes and used them on many occasions. It's about a ten minute walk from the Tulum restaurant strip - but it's safe to walk at...

This place was such good value for money! Huge condo, big bedroom, and very clean. The lady at the front desk (lou?) is super nice and will do anything to help u! Beach is about a 45 minute walk but you can use their bikes for free. They provide bike locks too. Free tea and coffe and biscuits at reception...

Palms Tulum is a fabulous place to stay. The rooms are beatiifully furnished, spacious and spotlessly clean. I was especially impressed with the king size bed. The staff are very nice and they go out of their way to help. Don't go past this place if you are looking for an oasis in Tulum.

My wife surprised me with a trip to Tulum. We booked about a month prior. The rate was amazing and cheaper than most hotels in our city. It was a little difficult for us to find the hotel, watch out for one way streets, but once we found it and got parked in the small area in the front we...
