I spent a week in this hotel, in one of the rooms on the second floor, facing the ocean. Waking up in this place was like a rebirth every single day. The surroundings are amazing and the simple standard makes you feel humble for what you got. The interior is typical Mexican but well kept and clean. The staff is...

It is very basic, for the price is ok, considering that is one of the cheapest in that area. It is clean and the people who work there are very friendly. Nevertheless, is not that difficult to have a good fan in the room, "ecological" doesn't have to be uncomfortable.

Good morning Thank of your commentary, the hotel needed to improve more and more. When you calls us "basic" on the one hand is the best compliment I could get us, us, Tulum is the same "basic". Ours is an eco-hotel that produces energy, using natural materials, layout of the place, as cabañas with palapas, which seeks to be part...

We were very lucky to get one of the room upstairs with an ocean view, fan (no AC) and little street noise (room # 1 & #2) and fully enjoyed our stay. The whole hotel site is nicely decorated, very nice and helpful staff, very nice location by the beach, therefore always a nice breeze coming through - though the...

This hotel had some of the most disgusting and unhelpful service we have ever experienced. After advertising online a room booking sleeps four guests, they requested we pay double for the 3rd and 4th guests, combined with a terrible unhelpful attitude. Furthermore, they would not assist in providing information or advice for public transport to the airport; as I later...

Good morning Thank you for your commentary, the hotel needed to improve more and more, but her appreciate it more because It highlights a problem that easy to solve, but a little less to be understood. You booked a room PATIO WITH 2 BEDS, however, when booking this room type is the required amount of people, which can be 2-3-4,...

Great place to stay if you don't expect anything luxurious. Nice bed and a good breakfast provided. We stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony and that was lovely. The beach area is nice, not very big but also not crowded. All around it was great place to spend nearly a week.

Worst I can say is very poor WiFi and showered water is either HOT or COLD. But, nice little cove that we had mostly to ourselves until the last day. Jorge, who greeted us upon check-in was great. Gave us great tips on how much taxis should cost and where we should change money.

My husband and I stayed in the Terrace Room which was quite picturesque and had a private small deck looking out into the ocean. What we didn't know was that there was an open toilet next to an open shower. The private beach was a bit small, but there are comfy lounge chairs under leafy shade, and you can order...

We stayed at TulumBay Hotel for a few nights while in Mexico and we fell immediately in love with the place and the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the personnel polite. We had an amazing view of the sea and at night we could hear the amazing sound of the Ocean from our bedroom window. We really loved...

Stayed here for two nights as we couldn't find a cheaper place called Paraysol hotel and this was the next cheapest we could find. We paid $750 for a basic room and used the public shower and toilets, I could imagine this being a nightmare but there were only 2 other guests at the hotel at the time (awesome having...

Me and my fiance went for my best friends wedding. the hotel looked lovely online and looked ok on arrival. However when presented with our room there was barely enough room to walk around the bed. It was the size of a postage stamp! The pictures gave a false impression of size of the room, it was tiny. We arrived...
