We had two great lunches at Kismet during our 2012 visit to Tulum, so we were looking forward to eating there again. Unfortunatly, every time we tried it was closed with two heavy doors chained shut. Their website states they open at noon.... we tried several times between 1:00 and 3:00..... always the same..... closed.
