We stayed for four days at the end of a road trip around the peninsula and it was the perfect R&R after sites and sight seeing. Staff were charming, food was delicious and great value for money and the beach just lovely and quiet being at the end of the strip. The only down side was that the phone signal...

We loved the beach area and really enjoyed the settings. The suntan beds, the hamacas, the restaurant area.... The food was also good, my best order were the fish tacos with the chipotle salsa. As the large family we were, we had the best of it, because depending on each interest we could accommodate the needs and the staff was...

We had a great stay at Rosa Del Viento. The setting is absolutely beautiful, a tree house jungle vibe but then just steps from a lovely beach. Things to note - the hotel is right at the end of the hotel zone, that may not suit everyone. We enjoyed the quiet but it is further away from the restaurants.

Rosa del Viento hotel sits at the end of the Boca Paila road of Eco-Chic hotels. Its palapa-thatched rooms resonate with the area's Boho vibe. We had a Garden view room which we actually preferred over the Beachfront ones. The room had a very comfortable king bed, and the best part was the air-conditioning... which can be used all day,...

we have stayed in several lovely hotels on Tulum Beach but unfortunately this is not one of them. The unique niceties you experience at most hotels on the beach is missing here. CONS no welcome drink no frills room no coffee machine in room, no refrigerator & no bottled water our bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived the lock...

Short version: This was our second stay at the hotel and it is still our favorite hotel in the area. Hotel is great value for the area, amazing beach, solid food, clean comfortable rooms with AC and hair dryer More detailed Notes: -The hotel is the last hotel on the road so you have a beautiful quiet beach. 100 peso...

Basically, the pricing was all because of the admitttedly amazing location. Good beach service, sturdy hammocks, moderately priced restaurant. Saltwater Showers/Sinks (yuck!) are a big minus for the price you pay, and while I didn't have issues, many of the family did have issues with A/C. Perhaps it was the season, but the birds were very loud and woke you...

My husband and I stayed here for five nights last July and had a great stay! We were happily surprised with the prices compared to all the other hotels on the beach and the staff was really friendly! We loved being steps away from the beach and spent most of our days lazying on the beach chairs and my husband...

This hotel was strange. The service was extremely unfriendly and they have SO many strange procedures. Both of the front desk people were sort of unwilling to help with a few questions I had about times and reservations for things about island and only became more unenthusiastic as I pressed. The WIFI only works in the common area, and is...

The ecological area of Tulum is our favorite area in the Riviera Maya. This hotel was an amazing experience for us besting the three others we have tried before it. This is the last resort on the strip of beautiful beaches, about 10km's in. The grounds are well kept by a friendly staff with Nature taking center stage; Blessing those...
