Stayed at Las Palmas for 4 nights and had a great time. Tom was an incredibly helpful and hospitable host! I originally planned to travel alone, but a friend decided to join me 3 days before my scheduled arrival. Tom was easily reachable by phone and helped me upgrade to a bigger room right away. He also pointed us toward...

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with the world. I'm thrilled you enjoyed your stay so much - between the food, bicycle trip (the sun does do a great job here in the Caribbean!), beach and spa - I hope your batteries are fully charged from your vacation. Come back and visit us soon....

My husband and I spent 6 nights at Las Palmas during our honeymoon. The host Tom is incredible! He was extremely welcoming and helpful. Every recommendation he provided was gold. He helped us arrange a private tour of Coba and some cenotes for a quarter of the price we would have paid to go with a tour group. His restaurant...

Hey there Mrs. Sarah! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with the world - you two accomplished so much during your stay, yet still managed to enjoy lots of beach time. I'm glad you found my advice helpful - that is how I like to vacay - adventure time and down time, all in perfect balance. Congratulations again...

When my wife and I stayed there, Tom had business to attend too. However, Tom left us in the very capable hands of Mindy. She was a wealth of information and it seemed like there wasn't a thing she knew. She told us about all of these amazing restaurants to check out on the beach and then gave a list...

Hi Nicholas! Thank you for taking the time to share a review with the world. While I regret not being here at the start of your trip, I'm thrilled you found Mindy to be massively helpful - we went through 1.5 months of training in my anticipated absence to ensure the Guest Experience remained perfect. I'm glad you enjoyed your...

This was our second time visiting Tulum but our first time staying at Las Palmas Maya and it didn't disappoint! Tom was an excellent host and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Every time we asked for a recommendation, he overshot our expectations. From breakfast overlooking the beach at Alma, morning yoga at Sanara, to the baja-style fish tacos at Matteo's,...

My husband and I have never been to Tulum and we discovered Las Palmas Maya on Trip Advisor. The hotel had amazing reviews so we decided to book our stay here and we were so happy with everything! Tom had great suggestions for restaurants, places to sit on the beach, transportation, etc. Las Palmas Maya is in a great location...

Hello Blair and Kelee! Thanks so much for visiting - I'm stoked the trip came together and you got a chance to truly relax and play in the sun. My husband and I enjoyed our stay last summer at Las Palmas Maya. The property is nothing fancy, but clean and close to Tulum beach. We liked the casual vibe and natural setting. Stayed at Las Palmas for the 2nd time in March 2016. Can't speak highly enough of Tom, who organised all of our day trips for us (often at the last minute because we're so indecisive) Amenities are great, we always had running hot water and electricity which is a rarity in Tulum. I'd never stay anywhere else in Tulum, fab...
