i've stayed here during christmas time and it was great. Bedrooms are airy and the food and vibes are incredible.I've really enjoyed the time i've spent. i was traveling solo and unfortunately i've stayed here just for two nights but for sure next time i'll stay longer. Not for families.

We arrived at Be Tulum after a long day of travel from New York. We ran into a few problems at customs in Cancun and I had a temporarily blocked debit card. So, my friend Lucy and I were not happy campers when we arrived late afternoon at Be Tulum. However, everything changed when we were greeted by Jaime and...

Be Tulum is a place that you dont want to leave. Immediately upon entering the hotel, you are transported to an impossibly chic sanctuary in the middle of the a jungle. We arrived just before sunset, and the whole place wafted of a incense and was starting to twinkle with gas lights. It was magical, and this is me going...

It has the most amazing location but the service it's quite weird , I don't know if they were new waiters but they try to sell me a bed for the day at the beach and never took my order. But then again the manager came and she provide the service herself ! Then it was ok , props to...

A full bodied red wine in 90 degree weather didn't sound exceptionally refreshing, at least not until I saw one of Be Tulum's dedicated staff members walking down toward the beach with a glass of red wine with condensation exuding from the glass. I stopped to ask him if they were serving their red wine chilled, and when he gave...

We stayed at Be for 5 days for our honeymoon. The hotel is absolutely beautiful; mysterious, extremely clean, and new. However, I think the staff have a rule that no smiling is allowed. I mean seriously, in the five days we stayed here I don't think we saw a single staff member smile. No hospitality, nothing extra for celebrating our...

Be Telum is an incredible little oasis of tranquility. Friendly and amenable staff, comfortable rooms, amazing food and a beach that is heavenly. Also really loved the spa - it's on a whole other level.

The restaurant manager at breakfast needs retraining. He has no idea how to treat hotel guests. His staff while well intentioned are badly trained by him also. It's a great shame as the reception staff try hard and are let down by unprofessional leadership in the restaurant. If you like good service I would stay at a different hotel.

Just finished a 3 night stay at Be Tulum. It was a great place to stay and enjoy Tulum and its surroundings. The architecture is interesting and beautiful-- steel, concrete, stone and wood in a lush tropical setting on the ocean. Most of the rooms don't face the ocean but have decks or their own "private" gardens with small pools....

Our large room had everything we needed and included a plunge pool. A short walk through the lovely garden to the restaurant adjacent to a lovely beach. Staff were friendly & helpful and food was good too!
