The fact that we paid 137 CAD for 3 nights was its only redeeming quality. First thing we discovered was that the air con only half worked (either fully on or off, the control panel had broken). The room was dirty with dead bugs on the floor and cobwebs everywhere. The kitchenette only had enough equipment for one person even...

Gate at the front was a pain to have to lock and unlock on both sides. Otherwise, simple. Cheap, fine. They had bikes to rent but no locks, which I needed, so I rented elsewhere. I didn't use kitchenette but could see how helpful it might be.

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. 2 blocks away from the main drag. Location is perfect. Kitchen and balcony were a plus. Traveling as a solo female I do want to say I felt safe at all times. As soon as I book airline tickets I will be booking at this hotel.

I knew I was booking an economical room for my teenage son and I, but even so, I would not return. Most of our vacations are camping trips, so we're used to roughing it. I knew we would have to pay in cash upon our arrival (which we did), and I had even read that there were cockroaches (which there...

The wifi was virtually non-existent, which was a nuisance. There are so many good ISP providers in Mexico these days it seems ridiculous not to provide a good amenity. Also, does not takes tarjetas (credit cards), nor dollars, so be prepared. Otherwise, not too bad. The location is great!

We just stayed for one night here because they were fulled booked afterwards. The yard and outside facilities are SO NICE! it really looks super cozzy and adorable. The rooms in the inside are not that amazing. Everything looks very old and not very good take care of. When we reserved the told us they haven't have a fridge anywhere...

The rooms was large and had a simple pentry that worked ok for doing things such as cooking coffee in the morning. A bonus was that each rooms comes with 10L water tanks which is great since you won't have to buy large bulks of water the first thing you do after arriving. All in all it was clean, friendly,...

Very pleasant Mexican small hotel on side street in Tulum. We spent one night there with a group of friends on our way farther south. Courtyard with rooms on three floors overlooking it. Several blocks south and east of the main roads, but a short walk to restaurants. Breakfast of coffee, tea, fruit, and rolls served on landing overlooking the...

Fine place to stay in Tulum if you're travelling with limited budget. It's clean and the staff is very helpfull. Small breakfast is served each morning on a small balkony. The room we got was ok, however there was a leakage from one of the water pipes. There are few restaurants and shops nearby and the main street is within...

Well what a shock this place was! We'd booked for 5 nights & when we got there it was just like a hostel, we were absolutely disgusted. Our room was small with double bed together with oven, fridge cooking equipment and a plastic shower curtain screened off the shower area. It was all very sleezy & not worthy of the...

“I liked room 8 because right next to it was a large outdoor area to sit and relax. It takes a little while for the refrigerator to cool down but it will freeze things put into the freezer. The A/C works as well. They ask that you turn it off when you are out of the room.”
