The staff of Villas H2O--especially Sofia and Karla-- were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. They gave us lots of great tips on activities and food to check out in the area. Breakfast was served to us outside each day and was probably our favorite part of the day. The fruit was so fresh and coffee was amazing. The location of...

If you are looking for a quiet and affordable Oasis in the middle of the city, this might be your choice!! We stayed in villas H2O for 6 days and found a very clean and wide room, a comfortable bed and a small but sufficient bathroom. The pool is very nice (we call it our little cenote) surrounded by green...

It was a bit tricky finding the hotel at first. We had a nice big room that accommodated my family of 5. The continental breakfast was good and you can have eggs and bacon for an addition fee. Be patient waiting for breakfast because they only have 1 toaster. The pool is great but there was way too much chlorine...

Just returned from 4 nights in tulum at this property. Overall a very wonderful experience and I would return and recommend to anyone. As others have said, it's a little difficult to find but once you do, you won't forget. Pool was refreshing, breakfast was beautiful, peppa the pug was adorable, everyone was friendly. Wifi was a bit spotty. A...

Stayed at Villas H2O for one night. The hotel looks quite new but has apparently been around for 10 years. It's a bit tricky to find as the roads are not paved with lots of pot holes. The grounds are very nice and quiet. The free continental breakfast is good but they didn't let us know that for an extra...

Grounds are very nice, staff very friendly and English speaking ,the "roads" to the site are dirt patches and when it rains your car needs to be amphibious .... The management needs to see that maintaining and check all is working. Our room had no soap holder in the shower as the original rot, when asked to have that fix...

The grounds were very pleasant and nice. The hotel must only have been built quite recently and there is a beautiful pool but unfortunately the room we had stunk like mould - to the point you could barely breathe or sleep. There was a nice additional breakfast that you could purchase. The place was very close to the main strip...

The hotel looks quite new. The rooms are nice and very clean. It has a great pool to dip in the afternoon. They serve you a very nice continental breakfast and if you pay around $3.00 you get eggs and bacon. The coffee is very good. But the most important thing is that the treat you like no other place....

This small 8 room boutique hotel has everything you need for a low budget, clean, relaxing, feel at home place to stay. Breakfast in the morning was simple and they had a new fruit juice everyday which was amazing! We usually had the pool to ourselves and spent a lot of time just enjoying the peace and quite outside. The...

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is quite new, with beautiful plants and flowers, a stunning pool, clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and knowledgable on what to see in the area. This hotel was a little far from the main downtown zone, but I kind of liked that. On-site food is a plus!
