I really recommend the hotel banana, we spent 8 days and we had a very nice time there, it's a very good place if your plans are just sleep and past the day outside, we had a room with balcony and we rest very well, we don't have any complain, our room every single day was clean, thank you for... This hotel is located on 5th street, the pedestrian only, main shopping, loaded with restaurants, street. It is very easy to get to everything a tourist may want, but it is far enough down the street to be out of the noise, which at some bars is quite loud. Our room is 310, on the top floor with a wide... More

Great spot of Fifth Avenue. It is close to good restaurants and stores, close to Mamitas Beach Club, but you can still have silence nights (even in 1st floor bedrooms)! Cozy bedrooms and very good service, not so good bathrooms and shower. The pool is small, so don't there expecting you will use it, with so many wonderful beaches waiting... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here our very first night in Mexico and ended up coming back for a second night instead of staying in Vallidolid. The staff is really nice and accommodating. They don't speak much English, but they genuinely try to work with you. (Luckily I know some Spanish) The rooms were very cute and comfortable with a... More

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights this week. Smaller hotel, clean and perfect value. The hotel staff were all very helpful. I did not get their names however I chatted with them and they told me where to eat how to get around and very helpful. Very close to everything on 5th avenue.

Stayed for 2 weeks from 2/3/16 in room 304. Lovely room with huge bed, comfortable mattress, hot shower, balcony overlooking life on 5th Ave (but very quiet at night). Delightful, helpful staff especially Jasmine + Roberto very helpful. Everything very clean + comfortable. Breakfast served in super restaurant (owned by hotel) around the corner - La Perla - don't miss... More

We have stayed here several times in the last many years. The hotel is perfectly situated on 5 ave. Close to marmitas beach club, where you also get 50% discount on sunbeds and umbrella. Cleaning is good and changing linens every day. Charming hotel and a wonderful staff.

This place is easy, and super convenient to get to and from. I would recommend staying here if your focus is on other activities and nightlife in Playa. The beds were a bit stiff but we were able to park our car right outside the 1st floor porch and access our room with ease. 3 min walk to the beach,... More
