We made reservations for 5 adults and a toddler. Overall good price but everytime we had a complaint regarding the bathroom smelling bad, or the Wifi not working they had a lot of excuses and solved nothing. During the 4 days we were there the Wifi worked only for a couple hours. Breakfast was included and it was good. On... More

But this is not a destination. Breakfast is great but they only serve lunch, not dinner. No worries, Playa is 15 minute walk away. Rent a bike or swim in pool, hot tub not working. Anything else you must take cab or your rental car. Minor faucet problem was fixed in minutes !! We would stay here again.

We stayed for a week. I recommend the upgrade to an exterior balcony suite. The room was spacious and over looked the golf course. The balcony is right at the tree tops, which at sunrise you get a free wake up call from the birds. The breakfast buffet was excellent every day, if there was not something you liked, you... More

We stayed here for 4 nights for ~110 euros per night. The first night we were forced to stay in a second choice room with a "wonderful" view on the swimming pool motors and a gas tank. Ironically, the room was presented as one of the best one at the check in. After our complains the staff gives us a... More

Excellent service, very kind crew, specially Daniel from the front desk and Viviana from the restaurant. All of our belongings were safe even the ones that were not in the safe. The breakfast has a lot of options for international visitor. It has a break location and a 10minut distance from Fifth Avenue and the beach. 5 minute walk to... More

The view over the pool and golf area is more relaxing and nice than it perhaps sounds. We do NOT play golf and would normally not choose a golf area. But the hotel was close to the home of a family member and we were positivily surprised. The openess towards the golf area was nice and gave a more spacious... More

Previous reviews about the noise from adjoining rooms is correct. Brunch room is great and spills over to the pool area if you want to dine al fresco. The reception area is lovely and most of the staff are wonderful, bar the young lad who doesn't speak English and wasn't able to help at all. They should promote their bike... More

The hotel is a little hard to find but it is a beautiful hotel, it is quiet and very clean and it is a family hotel. I loved their breakfast, the room was a two bedroom suite and with a big balcony, and very specious...........it was just a beautiful experience,

When you pay more than USD 400 per night on a room, in a supposedly 5 star luxury hotel, you expect your stay and the service to be top class. Well, this was just the opposite. Our room was 105-1 which has a oversized king bed in the bottom floor. This floor does not receive any sunlight. Our bathroom had... More

Stayed here the first night of our weekend stay because we wanted to be in Playacara section of Playa Del Carmen. We arrived on Saturday after Christmas during high season and the hotel was almost vacant. Turns out there are reasons for this. Even with low occupancy, they shoved us into the Mayan Prison section of the hotel on the... More
