We booked the hotel via a travel agency and were very pleasantly surprised as this is really a hidden gem! The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and fresh towels and organic olive oil shampoo were provided every day. We knew, given the location, that it would be noisy at night time, but with a pair of earplugs that wasn't a...

My boyfriend and I visited playa del Carmen and stayed at this hotel. It was very nice, the staff is very friendly and answered all question we had. They even let us make phone calls from the front because we couldn't get the extension right. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the wifi. It wasn't the strongest,...

I recently traveled to Playa del Carmen and this hotel is centrally located, just steps away from 5ta Avenida, the beach, restaurants and bars. The space of the rooms is perfect, very comfortable and accomodating. The staff is also very amicable. We only had a minor mixup with our booking, but we where a large group with last minute changes....

This hotel is a little hidden gem. The rooms are comfy and nicely decorated and provided with all the accessories. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is clean and nice. But the exceptional thing is the staff! Super friendly and ready to help with everything. Ask Miguel at the reception for the tours to the main attractions in the...

This place is everything it should be. Clean, super accessible to the town and beach and the staff are exceptional!!! Rooms are perfect, beds are comfy, it's a 10 step walk from 5th Ave and a 5 min stroll to the beach. They are so warm and accommodating, excellent chilled out vibe and a lovely setting. Special shout out to...

This is probably the most gorgeous hotel I have ever stayed in. The entry way and rooms are like something out of a magazine. The bed was a little hard, but the linens and bathroom were immaculate. They gave a honey shampoo which was terrific. The hotel next door had some live music going on when I was going to...

Room was beautiful and well equipped. Unfortunately it was located in very close proximity to an eternal, loud bistro with a limited play list. Very noisy. Lost my safe key, and it took two days to get the safe open. Free wifi practically non-existent and spotty.

Hello and thank you for the comment, it´s a pleasure for us read it so we can count it and offer to our gusts a better service. About the noise: next to us there is a hotel who plays a live music three nights per week, they finish at 11:00 pm, and it is being going for years already… ,...

This is a very small and very cute little hotel. The rooms are very clean y comfortable. It has no elevators and 3 floors, so be prepared. The location is fantastic, almost on 5th avenue and very near the most popular beach clubs (such as Mamitas). I higly recommend this hotel, it has style and great prices. Loved it there!

Nice little hotel, 5th street has grown and even the side streets are too. Use to be once past constitution it got quieter but restaurants and bars are just cranking music from 8am til 3am sometimes. Deep base that just pounds. Very difficult to sleep. WiFi was very weak. Best signal was outside room on bench. Staff seems put out...

Firstly I will say the rooms are beautiful and in a very convenient place for both the beach( which has its own issues) and the centre including 5th avenue. Sadly there were several let downs in our stay. The first is that we didn't get given our beach towels for 3 days, we had assumed they didn't come with the...
