The hotel entrance is on 5th Avenue, but once you go inside, you feel like you've entered a beautiful oasis. The rooms are charming, clean and comfortable, with a great bed for a good night's sleep and great air conditioning. The breakfast buffet is simple but ample. We loved the service at Lunata - everyone went the extra mile to... More

Visiting Playa 10 years ago, I came across this quaint hotel. I said I wanted to come back and now I have. Located in the heart of the 5th ave district, once you step in to the courtyard, the hustle and bustle is gone. Well maintained, comfortable and charming.

Very charming and clean hotel. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast was funtastic. We love the fresh squeezed orange juice. The lady had breakfast ready 1/2 hour earlier to accommodate our morning schedule. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants, beach, bus station, etc. It is a bit noisy because it is on 5th Street, but it did... More

We were taking the ferry over from Cozumel and looking for a hotel for one night that we could walk to from the ferry landing and be in the middle of everything. Lunata fit the bill.
