We spent just one really hot night in the hotel. The personal was friendly and spoke English. Room was not too spacy but clean and quit. There is a nice small garden inside with a pool. Hotel provides free WiFi. The center is in 15 minutes walk. I recommend you wait at least until 9 PM because of permanent hot...

I was in Santa Ana for only one night but the staff of the hotel made it great, very helpful with informations and very nice. The hotel is close to the center. You just need to walk about 10mn to get there. The only default is that you can hear the noise from outside but apart from that perfect. Simple...

What wonderful staff at this well-located little hotel near Paseo Montejo! I truly felt like a member of the family and even though my ACTUAL family lived just a few blocks away, I looked forward to returning here each day of my nearly two week visit. The breakfasts were tasty, made to order and served with a smile. The two...

Place was good, clean and nothing fancy for the price it was a no brainer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free wifi service that actually works well. Smoking allowed. Be sure to lock your door if you're having an afternoon delight as the cleaning staff got a little shoe by accident. She didn't knock before opening the door but it...

We spent two nights at the Santa Ana (paid $72 incl. tax) in January, and we were very happy with our clean and quiet room on the first floor. Security is excellent, with a staff member on duty by the front entrance, and we were happy with the secure parking in a locked lot directly across the street for our...

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Santa Ana. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay! The hotel also has a swimming pool and restaurant that prepares fresh breakfasts from 7 am onwards. The hotel is also ideally placed to see all sights and costs just 50 M$ to get to from the bus station in a...

great location between the main routes north, Calle 60 and Calle 62 in Merida. Nice little garden with swimming pool. The feel is almost out of city. But it is in the centre! Rooms are on the small side though, even the non-standard ones.

I stayed here twice for a total of 4 nights on my way to Chichen Itza and back. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town and is an easy walk to Paseo Montejo and about a 10-minute walk to the city center. There is a supermarket a block away on calle 60. The hotel has a charming...

Decent hotel for that price. Just stayed one night and arrived late, so just in and crashed. On the morning I did however found a dying cockroach in my shower (that had not been there the night before). I know these things are common, but it is the first one I see in a hotel here in Mexico (probably just...
