Staying at the Villa Tievoli is like staying at a friend's home--but with extra pampering! Patrick and Wendell seem to have so much fun running Villa Tievoli that it made our time there that much more relaxing.

This gem of a B and B has so much to recommend it. The villa itself is lovely, with spacious and comfortable rooms ; the breakfasts, served on exquisite sets of bone china each morning, are delicious; the hosts are charming and helpful; the pool is a wonderful respite from the afternoon heat; and all of this is available within...

Dear Patrick & Wendell, You have so many positve reviews & you receive them all. Thanks for three special days in Merida, surprising breakfasts & hidden recommendations. I choose to stay at the Villa Tievoli when in Merida. First are the hosts Wendell & Patrick who open their home in the most hospitable of fashions. Everything is just plain comfortable. The layout of the house surrounds a lovely courtyard where breakfast is served. Replete with statuary, traditional fountain, English ivy covered walls and walkway to a cooling...

My husband and I were spending 2 weeks in the Yucatan Peninsula for our honeymoon. Patrick and Wendel could not have been more gracious hosts. We originally planned to stay at Villa Tievoli for 3 nights, but we extended it to 5 nights. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable (ours even had a small balcony that provided a nice...

This was a great place to stay. I had the room on the ground floor which was very nicely decorated and with a good, well thought out bathroom. Very comfortable. Although the room faced the road it is a quiet road and I barely noticed any traffic noise. The rest of the place is just as beautifully done up, with...

Patrick is a phenomenal host, a truly seasoned hospitality professional -- so knowledgeable and welcoming, the perfect mix of attentive and hands-off, with fabulous suggestions, and an amazing attention to detail. His house is beautiful, with spacious and stylish rooms, and varied, scrumptious, homemade breakfasts out in the garden (with an unbelievable collection of fine china)...divine! Thanks so much again,...

This property exceeded our mutual expectation. The location is perfect for those who would like to be near all the aspects of the Zocalo which are easily within walking distance on very safe streets. It is also far enough away from any of the noise. The 3 rooms are spacious and well decorated and the en suite bathroom is very...
