Loved this hotel although it lacked a pool, but overall it was nice. I loved the location where it was, not too far from the center and the people were amazing! I def recommend this hotel! If you have questions of where to go, how to get there, the front desk staff is amazing and will give you tips on...

Our stay was two nights long and we extended it to three. The staff and small size of this hotel are what makes it a gem. Everyone is friendly and determined to provide the best service. Its central location turned out to be perfect. Easy walking distance to the Cathedral and Grand Park one way, and adjacent to Paseo De...

The location of this hotel can't be beat if you ask me. It is in the middle of the historic city centre of Merida. And...it is affordable! Their wifi was one of the best we experienced throughout our travels in Mexico :) It offers free parking as well. Do note that their parking lot is just up the street and...

My husband and i stayed here for 7 days. It was a nice hotel, with a great price. The staff was more than helpful. It is also an amazing area to stay in. When we come back to merida, we will defintely stay here.

Nice Mexican-style hotel, room not large but adequate - all rooms are off a central area where the breakfast is served. We were on the second floor which overlooks the central breakfast area. Breakfast was OK. Staff was very friendly & helpful, especially Manuel & Gaby. We needed an earler-than-usual breakfast the day we left because of the departure time...

I really liked the staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful! The room was clean. The location is perfect, you are literally in the heart of historical centre. The bed could be bigger though. Plus, there were a few mosquitos in our room. Breakfast could be much better too.

The rooms are lake in the picture. Staff is very, very friendly. Breakfest is continental and it's delicious. Location is close to everything must see in Merida. There are also great restaurants around. The room was very noisy, because of street. There were lot of mosquitos in the room :(

I stayed here for 3 nights. The place looks new and modern, and the room rate was reasonable. The room was clean and had air conditioning (really useful in Merida, where the daytime temperature was 35+ C), showers with good water pressure, cable television, a safety lock box, etc. There is free wifi, but the network name/password listed in the...

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and everything was very clean. The only downside is that our room had no window, except for a window onto the enclosed atrium of the hotel. But we didn't spend much time in the room so that wasn't too bad. We had breakfast included, which was very basic (bread,...

We staied there for 4 nights. The hotel is really nice, very clean and the staff goes the extra mile to give the best service...but... There is absolutely no soundproofing! None what so ever! You can perfectly hear the cars on the street starting 5 a.m and the guests at breakfast since 7 a.m. You can't possibly stay in bed...
