The staff, location, restaurant and aesthetics of the hotel are wonderful. Unfortunately we had some noise problems during our stay but these are, we are quite sure, temporary. One was a room remodel that created noise all day long but did not bother us much as we were away most of every day. The other was a newly opened night...

This is a nice hotel with a great location because is right where Paseo Montejo begins and is very close to downtown too. We had a lot of places walking distance on both sides, and that's great because is difficult to find parking in the city. Even the hotel has its parking lot on a different block, but it was...

Of the three hotels we stayed at in the Merida area, we found this to be the easiest to reach which is important if you are driving a vehicle. Parking was no problem either. The hotel was very clean, nice, room was large with beautiful furniture, feeling more like a guest room in a hacienda than a hotel room. The...

Located at the start of Paseo de Montejo, the prettiest walk in town, it's a great breakfast stop even if you aren't staying at the hotel. Prompt service and very friendly staff in a beautiful elegant restuarant makes it the perfect way to start the day. Very well priced and popular with locals as well as tourists.

This boutique hotel with the garden lobby is perfectly located for those who wish to walk about, breathing in all that Merida has to offer. Its restaurant features local cuisine expertly prepared, try the steak Arrichera (?) my spelling might be off but the dish itself satisfies taste buds and the eye. I had a wonderful stay. The staff was terrific. Roberto at the front desk was not only helpful and arranged activities for us but so many helpful suggestions too. Homa, the owner, was also so kind and helpful. A small charming hotel that made us feel so welcome. A most beautiful gift shop too. The only improvement would be to...

A bit of heaven on Merida's grand boulevard. A charming boutique hotel, with a delightful staff (special thanks to Roberto), gorgeous rooms, attention to detail, and personal care--the owner even offered her driver to take us to the local market for a tour. Ample, delicious breakfasts---however dinner could be improved as well as the per glass wine list. I will...

We found this boutique hotel a year or so ago. Great location and an excellent restaurant. No matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, the food has always been excellent. With a Persian influence from the kitchen, the meals are original, tasty and very affordable. We especially enjoy the breakfast hour at Hotel Casa San Angel.
