Wifi works well. We had huge bed -> quality was good. Great A/C In the breakfast they have coffee, sweet bread, and sometimes one or two kinds of fruits. Didn't have a lot of hot water, and relative to Mexico the restroom didn't function so well.

This recent one week stay was our fifth trip to Isla Mujeres, and our first stay at Hotel Kinich. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is great because it is a 10 minutes walk to the ferry dock and to the action of Hidalgo Street. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. We...

Room was very good.. awesome location. Almost no water pressure and hot water wasn't so hot. We enjoyed our stay though. Good basic hotel in the middle of all activities. In this hotel, you are one block from the beach, shopping, dozens of restaurants. The street looks a little scary at first, but it is safe and a good place...

Remember the old saying, don't judge a book by its cover? Hotel Kinich may not look like much from the front but the room we stayed (#3) in was great. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The only gripe I have is the water pressure, which was almost non-existent.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Isla mujeres. The room was spacious, clean and they had our room ready when we arrived at midday. The owner was helpful too. Only problem is poor water pressure in the shower, however didn't bother us and we'd stay there again. Highly recommended!

The hotel doesnt look really appealing from the outside but inside the rooms are big, nice and clean. Good wifi. The only thing i didnt like there was plastic around the matras under the sheets. Even though there was a good airconditioning you sweat too much if you sleep on plastic. No breakfast but lots of places around to get...

This was a horrible experience! We were the only ones in the hotel. I had booked a room with a balcony and when we arrived and saw what the balcony "was" and that it overlooked what looked like a dump, we were disappointed. I asked if they had a room with a better view and the manager took us upstairs...

We really were glad to have found this gem. Stayed in suite #10 on the 3rd floor. As stated before its a very clean and well run little hotel. There were 8 rooms and 2 suites. The Golf cart rental (El Sol) on site was very convenient. Look forward to returning.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we were delighted with the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff! We would like to give the receptionist Domingo a special shout out for looking after us so well and always greeting us with a smile! We will most definitely be back!

This is the perfect hotel if you are looking for a clean place to stay with a great location. The room was very spacious and they had free coffee and a light continental breakfast each morning. We also rented a golf cart from EL SOL, which has a desk in the lobby.
