1st problem: I emailed the hotel three times and never received a response. When I mentioned this at our arrival the person at reception just smiled? 2nd problem: we reserved a cart 24 hours in advance and when we went to reception we were told "sorry is no carts today". The guy really couldn't have cared less. 3rd problem: The...

The over all property is in good shape, staff is friendly, close to everything and you certainly can't complain about the view . However I need to point out that that Bathrooms (at least in my room) have a sewer smell that comes from someplace. I don't want to discourage anyone from staying here by saying that but you should...

Hi there! The location within walking distance of everything on the island of this hotel is fantastic. Accommodations well maintained and no frills. Staff was good, however, we had an early morning flight requiring us to be at the airport at 7am. The first ferry leaves the island at 6am, and would not have allowed us to catch our flight....

I come here at least once a year . The view is breath taking and the staff is family now. Manuel is my fav😘 . I leave money and electronics out when I leave my room and not a thing is touched. The pool is always nice but why go to the pool when you are surrounded by beach. They...

We chose this hotel for the sea view and were certainly not disappointed. The staff are helpful and the hotel is in easy walking distance for bars/restaurants, beach and pier while being on a quieter part of the island. Location Getting from the ferry pier to the hotel is very easy. It is on one of the streets directly parallel...

As another reviewer stated, "no frills". Clean, well-priced, quiet hotel on Isla. Fantastic sunrises from your balcony hammock. Easy walk from the ferry pier, well-maintained, and friendly staff. I would recommend that when booking, be certain to get a room above ground/street level so that you can truly embrace those spectacular ocean views.

Needed some quiet time from mainstream Cancun. Love The island every time we visit so this time we stayed for the night. Great location with just a short walk to the ferry, downtown and other entertainment. With it being Dia de los Muertos, dinner was fun. Quaint cafes with the kids running around in costume. Love Mexico for this holiday....

We loved our trip and would stay here again. The housekeeping staff cleaned the tile floor everyday and always left fresh towels. The hotel does have some problems though. The bathrooms and pool grounds need work. The shower faucets kept falling off, there was almost no water pressure. There is no fan, only a small vent to the roof so...

The location is very central, the room is basic, clean, and has everything you need. The hammocks on the balcony were a great plus - you can relax there while soaking in spectacular views of the ocean. Sunrise is breathtaking. For $80-90 it was great value.

This is a no thrill kind of hotel, but I do want to say the staff is extremely helpful, its close (walking distance) to everything and only a couple of blocks from the ferry. So convenient! The room was always cleaned well but the best part of it was the AMAZING ocean view from the balcony. The balcony was also...
