This is our second trip back to Isla Mujeres. We decided to try a different hotel this time, however the hotel we stayed at before was very nice too. Yes, this hotel is very nice, affordable, central in its location, rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and eager to please. We found it to be...

This little hotel is in a fantastic location in the main Playa Norte/downtown section of Isla Mujeres. You are three blocks from the beach and one block to the main street of restaurants. And it's a bargain for a pretty nice room with all the amenities. But, and this is a huge but, it is SOOOOO loud. The walls are...

During December 2015 the hotel hosted many guests with kids. I understand that around Christmas, the kids like to play with the their new toys. However this situation did not happen everynight and also not so late. Therefore I apologize to this guest if the noisy bother him/her. The hotel walls have 20 cm or 4" wide.

I was a little concerned about security, the in-room safe was odd and I wasn't able to use it with confidence. Access to my room was an oddly placed patio door leading to the hallway with a strange lock. Otherwise, I liked the room a lot. Good air conditioning, and just nice all around. A good budget minded choice walking...

I stayed here for one night with three friends in December 2015. We wanted to explore Isla Mujeres for a short time before heading home from vacation. We were looking for an inexpensive and basic place to stay overnight since we knew we would be spending the majority of our time out and about on the island. The room itself...

We spent 5 nights here at the end of our 2 week trip though the Yucatan Peninsula. It was the beginning of high season so most of the other hotels were jacking up their prices and were filling up but at $54 US/night it seemed like a good deal when we booked online. PROS: Good location on a quiet street...

It is true that the standard rooms and bathrooms are not big enough. However the hotel also has other options with bigger and nicer rooms. For instance, in the Senior suite bathroom there are two sinks and a wheelchair can pass through the bathroom door. The hotel provides big water container (20L). But this is under request and the guest...

Xbulu-Ha is likely my favorite place I've stayed in Mexico. My room was bright and clean, with big windows to the outside, which is a refreshing change from most budget hotels in the country which have been bizarrely designed without this feature. The A/C was powerful enough to freeze us one night, the WiFi was strong enough to watch YouTube...

Super friendly family, who runs this little hotel. The hotel is cheap, and locally placed in the town of Isla mujeres. It is a bit old, but sort of charming in its own Mexican way. It's clean, and everything in the room is working just fine. Breakfast very limited - we didn't use.

Spent two nights in this very well-located hotel. Near lots of restaurants and a grocery store and the beach. Refrigerator, micro, equipped kitchen. Spacious room. Very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Juan Carlos greeted us at our arrival and took very good care of us. Seems like the staff there anticipates your every need. Lovely 2nd floor lounge looks...

The staff is warm and friendly, everything was clean and it's off the main area so it is quiet. This was an inexpensive hotel and if you're not looking for luxury then this is the spot. Close to everything, but then again everything on this small island is close to everything ;) My one complaint and it is repeated by...

Dear Guest, I know that there are some beds in the hotel that the mattress are not OK. We do not forget this matter and we change some of them every year.
