Stayed here for a week and it was perfect for me. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very convenient to everything. Playa Norte was about 4 or 5 blocks north. The hotel provided beach towels and cool beach chairs with built in coolers. Hidalgo Av with all the vendors and restaurants was only a block to... More

Gabriel really helped me out by fitting me in, last minute, with a night in a single room and then my other two nights in a junior suite. The regular room was completely acceptable for its incredibly reasonable price. The junior suite -- wow, THAT was a nice room, and also at a great price!! It seemed brand-new in every... More

We stayed for 4 nights. Pros. Great location, central to beach and restaurants. Clean, room was well serviced. Fridge. Provide chairs and towels to take to the beach. Wifi ok. Cons. Lack of privacy. The rooms on the ground floor face each other, we often would open our door and find the neighbor sitting outside his room 2 meters from... More

We really loved to stay at this hotel. Stuff were helpful and nice. They invited US to a party. It was amazing. the location could not be better. It was quite room so we slept very well. The only thing was AC - it smells really weird. But we would recommend it to everyone. Hope to come again :-)

There was four of us and we had the senior suite on the lower level with two double beds. The rooms were clean and had a fridge, oven, sink, etc. in the kitchenette area. Bathroom and stool areas were also very clean. We only stayed for one evening so we didn't stay in the room for too long. AC worked... More

This is our second trip back to Isla Mujeres. We decided to try a different hotel this time, however the hotel we stayed at before was very nice too. Yes, this hotel is very nice, affordable, central in its location, rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and eager to please. We found it to be... More

This little hotel is in a fantastic location in the main Playa Norte/downtown section of Isla Mujeres. You are three blocks from the beach and one block to the main street of restaurants. And it's a bargain for a pretty nice room with all the amenities. But, and this is a huge but, it is SOOOOO loud. The walls are... More

During December 2015 the hotel hosted many guests with kids. I understand that around Christmas, the kids like to play with the their new toys. However this situation did not happen everynight and also not so late. Therefore I apologize to this guest if the noisy bother him/her. The hotel walls have 20 cm or 4" wide. More

I was a little concerned about security, the in-room safe was odd and I wasn't able to use it with confidence. Access to my room was an oddly placed patio door leading to the hallway with a strange lock. Otherwise, I liked the room a lot. Good air conditioning, and just nice all around. A good budget minded choice walking... More

I stayed here for one night with three friends in December 2015. We wanted to explore Isla Mujeres for a short time before heading home from vacation. We were looking for an inexpensive and basic place to stay overnight since we knew we would be spending the majority of our time out and about on the island. The room itself... More
