Close proximity to everything - walking distance to beach, dining and entertainment. Safe premise and manager onsite at all times. Juan Carlos, Manager, was very accommodating and provided information/tips on the area. He even made us coffee every morning, which was a nice touch. Cleaning staff did an impeccable job of making sure that rooms, reception area and hallways were...

This hotel is affordable, VERY clean and has the most friendly staff, especially the manager Juan Carlos. The building is in a nice location - on the back side of the bustling downtown area, 4 blocks from Playa Norte and we could see the shore from our hotel window. We stayed 7 days and it started to feel like home...

It smelt like a dentist surgery and had a similar atmosphere. Unfriendly staff. Overpriced too. The location's good but it's pretty bleak really. No breakfast! They should mention this. Most hostels have breakfasts, it should be a given in a hotel.

We just returned from Isla Mujeres after staying 10 nights at Xbula-ha. We rented the owners suite and the suite directly across the hall for our son and his family. It was amazing. The sweet staff kept our rooms spotless (quite a task with 2 busy grandchildren)! Juan Carlos (the manager) was extremely accommodating and helpful and he keeps a...

Such a beautiful little island. Juan was super friendly and always attentive. Very welcoming from the moment you arrive to the hotel. The hotel has all the amenities you need. Including the best beach we've seen so far in Mexico. We recommend Babos restaurant for some tasty food and beverages. La Cazuela M&J restaurant saw us everyday for breakfast. Rent...

Nice hotel for those on a budget. Friendly, helpful staff. Mattresses a tad hard and shower water a tad chilly but a great price and location. 50 pesos in a taxi from the ferry or 5 mins walk. Really good a/c and very quiet all night! Really lovely place!

Dear guests, The walking distance between the hotel and the ferry port is 5 min. So you can save money walking instead of taking a taxi.

I would say that it is good value for money. Nice and clean rooms, good location etc. Very friendly staff, they helped us to organize whale-sharks snorkelling just for 75 USD! you won't find cheaper offer.

The hotel is just a block from a lot of the action a street away which is handy. There is almost no common space, just a couple of chairs and a table by the registration area. WIFI did not reach our room. The room seemed clean, but the smell of mildew was fairly strong. There often was nobody at the...

The hottest and most humid (100%) months in then year is July and August. Therefore when a room is closed for some time, the humidity inside of the room confuses with mildew.
