I spent only a few days at La Casona and loved every minute. The hotel is charming, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were spotless. There is really nothing to complain about. Three days in Cozemel was too short for me. I am already planning a trip back!

Spent a week at the Hotel La Casona and it was a week that I will never forget. The staff and service was out of this world. I felt like I was vacationing at my home away from home. Knowledgeable, friendly, clean and fun. Great location on the island. Cannot say enough good things! Stay here for the best time...

We stayed here from Feb 25 thru March 8th. Wonderful location walking distance from everything. I don't have anything bad to say about La Casona Real! Rooms are absolutely spotless. Nice cozy small hotel. Staff is great. Don't speak a lot of English, but no big deal to us. First room the shower really didn't get hot enough but no...

We had a room toward the inner garden. It was clean and quiet. The hotel is located very close to the downtown. Easy access to shops, restaurants and dive shops. If you are looking for beaches, then you shouldn't stay in the city at all. All the receptionists were friendly, although they speak limited English. All in all, it was...

Stayed here for a week with a buddy of mine and had a great time. Near the downtown but not too close to be noisy. Super friendly staff, nice pool and great rates. Really felt like I was part of the family when I was here. Be sure to ask for recommendations on the local taco shops - so good!...

A really nice small and comfortable hotel, I loved the Mexican style architecture, very vivid and colorful, the staff was great, the location is the best, you are a couple minutes away from the ferry if you want to go to playa del Carmen and a couple steps from down town. Cozumel is the most beautiful island and this hotel...

“The Street view rooms are a Little noisy during the day (remenber you are in downtown),, but during the night are pleasantly quiet. The Pool view rooms are quieter during the day unless kids are playing outside. The food at the little restaurant is good and clean prepared, continental breakfast is unexpensive and dinner are mexican style, tacos, meat etc. also you can enter by the pool and/or by the Street, time of operation 8:00 am till 13:00 pm for Breakfast & Lunch then will be closed, open again at 18:00pm till 23:00pm for dinner”
