I can't say enough about this B&B. Hannah was an outstanding host. My daughter and I initially booked one night just in case we decided to stay elsewhere on the island, but just minutes after arriving, we decided to stay all 3 nights here. The grounds are gorgeous! Hannah recommended the best snorkeling spots, and a dive company for us to use which turned out to be an outstanding choice. She gave us tips on where to eat based on our tastes. She personally walked me over to a nearby ATM machine, made delicious eggs with yogurt fruit and rolls. Really, she saw to our every need and I felt like I was staying with family. If you've never been to Mexico, just know that you can't judge by the street what something is like inside. Behind these walls is a real oasis, a heavenly taste of true Mexico, with all the comforts of home. You can keep your big fancy 5 star resorts...I'll stay here at the Baldwin's guesthouse any day! And if you go, can you please give the sweet canine welcoming committee a nice petting for me, will you? Thanks again, Hannah!

Property's Favourite Review
During our recent trip to Cozumel for a family medical emergency, we were absolutely lucky to come across Baldwin's to be our home base when not at the hospital. It's "off the beaten path" but was perfect and gave us an opportunity to experience some non-touristy elements of town. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean and comfortable. The bed was incredible as well. Our host was welcoming and went out of her way to engage with all the guests. And, we met some great people over breakfasts in the enclosed gazebo. We did not use the pool but would have if our schedule had allowed. The pool area and entire property was nicely maintained and attractive; we loved sitting at the outside kitchen/bar which can be used by all guests. Baldwin's is within easy walking distance of many great places to eat. One block away is the beautiful Casa Mission which has an excellent restaurant and beautiful grounds. We tried a few of the nearby taco and seafood restaurants and loved everything we ate. Hannah's dining recommendations were spot on, so take her advice if you're staying at Baldwin's. The property is within easy walking distance of a supermarket, major bank, and some cute cafes. And, the Cozumel waterfront and malecon are also a pleasant walk which we enjoyed several times. Expect a little traffic noise from time to time during the day, but we found our time at Baldwin's to be restful and relaxing. We will certainly be choosing Baldwin's when the time comes for a return visit to Cozumel for vacation purposes.

Stayed for an amazing few days! Hannah is a great host, we're already planning our trip back to Cozumel and definitely staying at Baldwin's again! Great location for exploring, don't miss out on the food at Casa Mission next door when you stay.

THE PERFECT oasis for staying ‘in town’. Large, air conditioned bedrooms with private bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Although in town, once behind the private wall, the only sounds you will hear is the tranquil waterfall at the sunny pool surrounded by an abundance of tropical trees and flowers. The location is ideal for quick walks to taxi stand, a couple of good places to eat and a private, English speaking hospital-should you need it. The owner, Hannah, sees to your every need and makes you feel like an honored guest. There are two sweet pups that live on the property and will be excited for you to arrive. After that, they recognize you and quietly watch you come and go. You can not go wrong with staying at Baldwins for an in town peaceful, relaxing stay.

Baldwins B'nB, without its fabulous hostess, is a heaven. With her it's a heaven with a goddess. In San Miguel de Cozumel Centro you will find yourself walking the narrow one way streets with colourful concrete houses dotting it's streets. The architecture usually is rather bland and the houses seem rather similar, so imagine the joy of entering a rather unassuming gate into a literal oasis. You will be greated by friendly dogs, cats and turtles, and of course Hannah the wonderful owner who knows the island intimately and is definitely worth getting to know as well. Surrounded by beautiful authentic architecture with palapa roofs and beautiful garden and pool. This B'nB is truly stunning, the rooms are incredibly comfortable and cleaned immaculately, the only problem being the beds are so comfortable they are hard to leave! Breakfast is simple and tasty every morning. Hannah knows all the people to put you in touch with for any excursion you have planned, though once you check in you may not even want to leave. I have been travelling with work and for lessure for the last 14 years and this is one of the rarest of gems. If you're staying in Cozumel don't miss the opportunity to stay at Baldwins B'nB.
