We just returned from a wonderful trip to Cozumel where we stayed at the lovely Tamarindo B & B. The Tamarindo is a charming retreat in the heart of San Miguel, just the right number of blocks off the main square. We stayed in the garden room which has air conditioning, and we were glad to have it. The French...

My husband and I recently stayed at the Tamarindo for three nights. The Tamarindo provides a very safe, secluded atmosphere in town. It reminds me of a family compound, hacienda style, with high walls and a gated entrance. Upon arrival, we rang the bell and Eliane was there to greet us. The guests will receive keys to the gate, so...

After researching several places to stay, we chose Tamarindo and were very pleased with our accomodations. We stayed in the palapa room and found it to be quite cozy. We had a very nice breeze and with the fan, were quite cool at night. Jorge and Eliane were very gracious and provided a lovely breakfast each day on the veranda....

I have stayed at the Tamarindo, I believe 6 times while visiting Cozumel. The rooms are allways clean and comfortable, and it feels like my home when I am visiting. I read the review which was posted before mine, and I have stayed in every room except the palapa and upstairs in the garden room so I can not vouch...

For $44/day including breakfast and tax I guess you can't really complain, though I haven't stayed at other, comparably priced places in Cozumel. We stayed in the Palapa room, which sounds exotic, but I don't recommend it. There were only a few tiny windows so not a lot of light (or any breeze) and it smelled of mildew. The mosquito...

The Tamarindo is a great place to stay in San Miguel. With wonderful hosts, clean rooms, and great breakfasts on an open terrace if you want it, it's within walking distance to the square. Thanks to Jorge and Eliane for making our accommodations so pleasant. All the folks in San Miguel are working hard to bring the town back. Other...

I stumbled upon a flyer for the Tamarindo B&B at the Zermatt bakery, which is down the street. That was 5 years ago and the Tamarindo continues to be my lodging of choice. I visit annually. Eliane and Jorge will make you feel at home. For a very reasonable price you get a clean, cute room with breakfast if you...

We are back from a "post Wilma" trip to Cozumel! We stayed at TAMARINDO Bed and Breakfast, and we loved it. Rooms are clean, rates are more than affordable, breakfast is good.... In a word, everything was great, and except for a few details, you could not tell Wilma had been there too! Diving was also quite nice: fish are...

This was our 1st visit to Cozumel June 30-July 7. After much research, we decided to stay at a B and B, book dive trips and the rest when we got there. We booked our stay at the Tamarindo Bed and Breakfast. We were a little apprehensive, not knowing anything about the area. What a great place! Rustic but very...

We had a very peaceful stay at the Tamarindo. It could not have been a better trip thanks to this lovely spot. The hosts make everything so easy! We did not have time to plan our trip extensively ahead of time and went more a last minute get away, but we had no worries! Our hosts helped us with everything...
