I very much enjoyed visiting Tamarindo Bed and Breakfast. The layout, architectural features, and wonderful staff (Elaine and Irma) make the stay quite enjoyable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, private room entrance from the outside (don't have to go through main house), a safe, a refrigerator and an outside patio. A shared kitchen is accessible for all, and a...

Friends recommended this B&B. It's ok, but overpriced. It is kept clean, the owners and staff are friendly, but it is decidedly shabby in details--cracked tiles, worn out towels, threadbare sheets, stiff mattresses. The breakfast is small--always fresh juice and fruit, but the entree is tiny and not very appealing--overcooked eggs or a slice of bread and cheese. No breakfast...

We stayed at the B&B, specifically the Cayomito room. This room is in the inner courtyard so it was quiet. It has a patio directly off the room. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the owner and employees were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The location is good with easy walking to the center of town and walking...

Great guesthouse with a very personal and authentic touch. Incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. They even accommodated my last minute change of travel plans with no hassle at all. Just a short walk from San Miguel's city centre and the ferry terminal.

My friend and I stayed here a few years ago, and it was truly a memorable stay. The location was perfectly located in San Miguel and the place was gorgeous. The rooms were simple but had everything we needed, and were quaintly decorated and we were happy to spend an evening and breakfast cooking our own food, and chilling outside...

My wife and I stayed at Tamarindo B&B for three nights and three nights at another B&B, Caribo B&B. I wish we would have stayed at Tamarindo all six nights, but I already had reservations I couldn't cancel. I highly recommend staying at Tamarindo. The B&B is well maintained and has the old Mexican feel to it you would expect...

Thank you Eliane and Luis for sharing this beautiful location with us. We chose T2 because of location just south of San Miguel square (Calle 19) which was far enough away from much of the cruise ship activity but close enough to walk to many of the restaurants downtown offers. We stayed 2 weeks with a rental car which allowed...

stayed here just one night but would not have minded to stay longer. The place was clean and cozy. The French owner and her family were really friendly. It was an excellent spot to discover the island from, in my case by bike. Just outside the most touristy area but close enough. Wifi only at reach from the terrace not...

She also help me with a coral fire burn. You can cook there, it's really close to a local store and easy transportaion!!!!
