My husband and I have been coming here for four years now, usually twice a year. We stay anywhere from five days to two weeks each time, and love it. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The food is better every time we come back. And the beach is less than a block away

Stayed here for a week dive trip in October and was pleased with amenities and quality of food for the price. Got a great deal on Travelocity for about $375/person all inclusive. Spacious rooms have flat screen tv with HBO, refrigerator on request, hair dryer, unlimited purified water, and good air conditioning. Balcony has rack and pegs to hang wet...

The wife and I decided to leave the comfort of our 5 star hotel in Cancun and spend a night over on Cozumel. We booked a really great bargain online under $65 for a nice hotel close to town. The Hotel turned out to be quite nice. The pool was really big and the Jacuzzi was a perfect temperature. The...

Dive Paradise is the operation that works with Hotel Cozumel across the street. They are awesome and the diving was great! The Hotel Cozumel needs some remodeling and upgrading. There were leaks in the hall ceiling leaving little puddles. The rooms were spacious and comfortable though. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food was only so-so, but there was...

The compromise between price / quality / service / food is great. The combo "all inclusive" is worthwile. I would stay here again. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, the bathroom ok. The rooms and the hotel are clean. The food is good. You will not starve. There is always something you would to eat including high carbs options...

I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were wonderful. But since we're not divers, this wasn't our place. For us, it was too far removed from the main part of the city. No views of the water and access to water was mainly for diving access, across the street. And for us, the all inclusive was not...

We stayed at Hotel Cozumel for 2 nights at the end of a trip at another resort and wished we had spent all our time and money here....the place is very comfortable, upscale and clean. There were very minor problems that were taken care of immediately by the staff. The room we stayed in was as nice as anything in...

It was my first time in Mexico after what I heard from my friends especially about this great hotel and what it has to offer. First of all, I was attracted with the low price compared to the facilities and the offer of a great diving experience. We stayed there for 3 nights and it's only $68 for a 2-bedded...
