Spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and immaculate - we had a separate sitting area that was comfortable. There is good lighting for reading and an excellent wifi signal. The shower in the updated bathroom is large and there is even a magnifying mirror. We enjoyed the lovely courtyard and lounging around the...

I can see why the hotel got such rave reviews from Booking.com customers. It was attractively priced for the size and quality of the room. Other nice touches: free fast Internet and a mini-fridge. The price didn't include breakfast but we picked up some food at Walmart and stored it in the fridge. Still, I can't recommend the hotel because...

Charming boutique hotel in downtown Cancun, not too far from the ADO bus terminal, a 30 pesos cab ride. Also near supermarket and good restaurants are within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is very clean and modernly furnished, not high-end, but not pretty decent. Large walk-in shower with hot water and good water pressure. The staff is very nice and...

I stayed at the Grand City Hotel for 3 days in February over a long weekend. The hotel could not have been more perfect - it was centrally located - close to shops and restaurants. The service was outstanding - both Anna and Mario at the front desk were kind and helpful - as well as the restaurant staff who...

We stayed here one night after coming in late from the airport and leaving the next day for Merida. The man at the desk didn't speak English and we don't speak Spanish but that was no problem. He gave us our bill and it was exactly what we were told the bill would be. 700.00 pesos, no breakfast. Our bags...

Located in the very centre of Cancun, not far from the Zona Hotelera. The room are very spacious and clean, great value for the price. We stayed there just for 1 night but we would definitely come back!

The hotel is very close to the centre and is 2 blocks from Walmart, a great restaurant for all meals is 100% natural which is...

“If you're especially worried about the music from the bar next door, then just ask for the staff to place you in a room on the side further from the noise. My room was closer, but again, the noise level was very faint in my room, with windows closed and AC fan going at night time.”
