The staff said that the hotel was having problems with the electricity and therefore the AC throughout the entire hotel wasn't working. The rooms didn't have windows that open so we literally had to attempt to sleep in a sauna. Worst hotel experience ever!

I'm sorry the hotel didn't met your expectations. We had a problem with the air conditioner that was solved the same day in just a few hours. I'm really sorry this only and isolated issue made your stay "the worst experience ever".
